Attentive, respectful, communicative, friendly, thorough...I have yet to meet one bad apple there. Eric my remarkable Service Advisor and Alex my knowledgeable Service Tech are top tier. Other remarkable encounters are Lucas and Isaih, two 'geniuses' that answered all my questions with a true interest to help and educate respectfully, which this 70-year-old first time BMW owner greatly appreciates.     Catastrophic failure on a brand-new car and terrible service…read moreI purchased a brand-new, $75K+ BMW X5 plug-in hybrid on June 10th. Less than a month into ownership, this vehicle suffered a major high-voltage system failure. While parked, the entire undercarriage of the car physically froze into solid blocks of ice, fluid dumped onto the pavement, and a warning light came on as the hybrid battery instantly locked out 75% of its driving range. The car had to be loaded onto a flatbed tow truck and hauled away. Instead of properly diagnosing the loud mechanical grinding noises the car made during this failure, the service department simply cleared the warning codes to force the digital dashboard to look normal again on paper. To make matters worse, BMW's corporate customer relations team has thrown up a total wall of silence, refusing to provide any timeline or estimate for an actual resolution on our case. To top it all off, despite explicit promises from management, the dealership left my family completely stranded at home for three straight days without a loaner or rental car. We couldn't even run basic errands or get groceries because of a major factory breakdown on a 3-week-old luxury vehicle. If you are shopping for a premium car, be warned that this is the absolute lack of service and accountability you will receive the moment your vehicle has a serious defect.

Chris provides the expertise and education you need to maintain and enjoy your car for as long as you want. He is diligent, cost effective and courteous. He is certain to get to the root of the problem, not just address the symptom. Make no mistake, customer status is not a given, you must be approved. But no worries if you are a responsible owner, and you will be in good hands with Chris. On another visit I stopped by to see about a fog lamp that wasn't working. Chris checked it out and ordered the part for me to stop again when I could. He could have stopped there but went on to courtesy check all the fluids and top them off. As my first BMW, It has been so nice to have someone so knowledgeable about my car, 2003-525si, E39. I came to him after another shop charged me $400 to replace a valve, only to find out by another shop that all they did was put epoxy on a hole. Chris has been very honest and educational and keeps my car running great. I'm so thankful.

I love my car and am so glad to have found someone who is knowledgeable about my specific car and is passionate about what's best for my vehicle. During the last 3 years, he has proven trustworthy, fair, and correct in his advice about items that must be fixed immediately versus issues that can wait until next time. My car runs great. I recently took it to an out-of-town dealership for an oil change and was congratulated by the staff for the stellar condition of my car. Normally, I'm not very trusting of any car repair place (afterall, businesses exist to make money), but I would certainly recommend Chris to my friends, family, and anyone who owns a BMW. He is a proven Bavarian expert.
