Ordered breakfast on a Saturday morning. Atmosphere very relaxed and beach vibe evident. Menu appeared to cater to normal breakfast fare expected out of most cafe's. Food quality was good; however, the bacon and eggs were cold. No excuses for this really and I suspect they held some of the order on the line to bring all items to the table at the same time. I suggest this practice is not continued as being served cold food in a cafe is bad practice. Alternatively, invest in a good quality food warmer. Pricing was at the higher end of the scale and really not warranted based on serving size and basic nature of the dishes. Would I go back, no. I would definitely look at other local options before going back. I noted that the cafe across the street, 'Ricks' had a large number of patrons having breakfast at the same time where as Kacy's had a lot fewer customers. Now I understand why. read more
