Let me clarify Beast Mode Lawn Care was scheduled to cut my lawn through Lawn starter....i would say they did a terrible job but they didn't do the job at all. I was home that day and watch on of your employees in a bright A** neon shirt with a gorilla on it do absolutely nothing. And turned the water at the front of my house and left it running. So no as stated by the owner my "comments" should be directed exactly where they are. I have no reason to lied. I have message screen shots and house video, since the owner is trying to make this out to be false.

This service is terrible and the owner ripped us off!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would…read more I found this service because the owners kid went to my daughters day care. He told me that the the service was $25 per time he mows the lawn. We were interested in a monthly billing and negotiated down to $85 per month. We offered to pay the same rate on the winter when the grass does not grow and no mowing is necessary to ensure the same low rate $85 per month for weekly mowing. In the winter he came every 2 weeks which is expected because the grass does not grow. Bu throughout the spring and now into the summer her kept only coming every 2 weeks. So instead of our negotiated $21.25 per mow he was charging me $42.50 per mow. I called him to discuss it and his explanation was that it is actually more work for him to let my lawn get tall and unruly then mow it every 2 weeks instead. He said I could feel free to cancel at any time. That is exactly what I did, and so should you. You should find a neighborhood Kid to mow your lawn. The kid is less likely to rip you off. If you wand a mediocre lawn care service and a high potential of getting ripped off I highly suggest this company.
