It had the flavor of a freezer burn and it was completely mushy. Maybe this was a bad batch of the premade item, but I don't think they've ever really tasted it themselves. They ended up taking that one off the bill when the kids ice cream came at the end of their meal, there were sharp plastic shards in the ice cream. I'm not sure if it was from the bucket but it cut up the inside of two of my kids mouths. An apology but that's it. We had to fight down the waiter a few times to get issues resolved. For instance, they brought an empty ketchup bottle for a table of seven. It was just a really bad experience. I think it needs a visit from the health inspectors.
