We had to ask four times for toilet paper. One of the meals came out, completely burned. They ended up taking that one off the bill when the kids ice cream came at the end of their meal, there were sharp plastic shards in the ice cream. I'm not sure if it was from the bucket but it cut up the inside of two of my kids mouths. An apology but that's it. We had to fight down the waiter a few times to get issues resolved. For instance, they brought an empty ketchup bottle for a table of seven. It was just a really bad experience. I think it needs a visit from the health inspectors.

Service is relatively fast but still took 20 - 25 min for a 2 combo order. Fries were overcooked and not appealing at all, touch of salt while hot would have improved taste. 4 pc Chicken strips were good, nothing out of the ordinary, rest of the box filled with bland fries. Ordered a #3 burger combo. A different taste to the meat, like a spice is added that I'm not familiar with. Not appealing and definitely wouldn't order again. People at the cash register, friendly, engaging and happy even with the amount of people coming and going. I also asked for a Donair Pita, but was told it was not available today. Should put up a sign indicating this before customers order. Pricing for meals: good value for your dollar. Overall, for Swift Current, this is Restaurant is something new and different but not as outstanding as I would have hoped it would be.
