The vegetable stew was peppers, carrots, tomatoes and onions over cous cous. Great for folks in need of veggies, but very under seasoned. The alcatra meat stew came in a hot clay pot filled with ribs, bacon and potatoes. The meat was fall of the bone and potatoes very al dente. Unlike the vegetable stew, this was overly seasoned to the point it was too salty to eat. The bacon in the stew were like salt licks. At that point, didn't stay for the dessert.
