The restaurant was not really packed when we arrived here. We got to sit on the upper floor with view on the marina, which was nice. I'm not sure if it was the owner of the restaurant, but he was the only waiting staff during the whole evening. The menu was pretty large, but several nice dishes were not served that evening (they were marked with ballpoint in the menu), like steak with figjam, which seemed a nice dish.
We both chose the steak with banana and garlic. The banana on the dish was done really well and tasted super with the steak, although the steak looked more like a filet than a steak. I also ordered a wine from neighboring island Pico (a Basalto wine). There was a large winecard you could choose from.
As a dessert the owner (?) recommended handmade chocolatemousse, which was really tasty and not very expensive.
Alltogether we ate for a pretty reasonable price and had good food, but it was not exceptional. read more
