I'm a big fan of Kaady car wash. My car always comes out clean whether I'm in my SUV or tiny Smart car. The ability to vacuum for free is a huge plus! Even if I shake out my car mats, the inside driver's area always gets so dirty, a vacuum is a must. No coins are needed and you can press the start button again. When I'm out this way for doctor appointments, I stop at the gas station, better prices than Portland and Multnomah county, and Kaady is right next door. read more

I have been to this Kaady Car Wash multiple times now and have had a good experience every time that I have gone. The car wash options currently are between and "advanced" or an "ultimate" wash priced at $10 and $15 respectively. The staff I have worked with have always been professional and cordial to me when I have entered for a wash, and I have never experienced any issues with any damages, streaking, or a poor cleaning on my truck. Another thing that is offered at this wash are free vacuum cleaners as shown in the pictures. I have never experienced any issues finding an open position to park to utilize these and they work fairly well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this car wash if you are nearby the area and are looking for a cheaper wash/vacuum to clean out your vehicle. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not worth the car damages and horrible customer service. I went to take my car in for a quick wash and ended up getting sandwiched in between two cars with my car getting damaged due to the wash glitching and slamming our cars together. After my customer service file, John Jenkins contacted me saying he did not see anything in the footage and tried gaslighting me that our cars did not hit. They said they would not provide any security footage of the wash and that they are not entitled to any of the damages. This place is a SCAM. read more

I've been to a lot of different automated car washes over the years. Kaady measures up well, and so is my "go to" wash place, partly out of convenience, but if it were half as bad as others were saying I'd be definitely going someplace else. I take both my truck and my sedan there, and have for many years. They seem to hire mostly pretty young people, but they seems to train them to be respectful and efficient (although often not exactly friendly). What the automated wash does well: It gives the majority of the body of your car, the top, and the windshield a good wash, getting off dirt and pollen and other crud. Where there are mostly flat surfaces, it does real well on those. What it doesn't do so well: if you have stuff *really* caked on, it likely won't get that completely off. Also, stuff in the "crevices" (like between the cab and bed of my truck), or even in the "grooves" on the top of the cab, it doesn't do real well on those. Honestly, for some things an automated wash isn't going to measure up to a hand wash, nor should you expect it to. But it's fast, and pretty much no matter what the state of your vehicle is, it will improve it. The vaccums are also useful (and free with a wash!) but they do frustrate me because: a) they are often all being used, even when nobody seems to be going through the wash (hmmm...), and b) the attachments on the vaccums are too "fat" to get between the car crevices very well. It's really only useful on the main carpeted areas imo. But I do appreciate that they have them, and aren't jerks about their customers using them. read more

I have gone to all Kady car washes before. Never a problem. I go here Wednesday Dec 4th and the dryer takes soe part off top of my car. I pull around and attendant tapes it down and gets my information. I go to body shop to have assistance temporarily fixing item. Car was manager, I assume, calls and gets bent when I say professional body shop says roof racks need taken off so roof can be fixed right. I'm told by manager that's excessive. He suggested Beaverton Toyota. I take my car there. They want it for whole day to check it out. I yell manager. He's agitated. Says both companies are being excessive. Wants to see my car. I say yes then change mind. I don't need a pushy ass to tell me 2 professional companies are wrong because they are not willing to pay for their company machine that did this. Be warned if something happens to your car there they will pull same crap on you. Why should they car about your car? It's not theirs. I got the point my car meant nothing to them so instead of their crap I'll pay to fix my car and never use their car washes again. I have never been to a car wash that made it so easy to vacuum out my car. There were 4 vacuums and on the day I went, no one was line. I was able to start the vacuum again and again, AND it doesn't take any coins. It's free, it just works on the honor system that you will buy a car wash if you use their vacuums. I was able to vacuum one side and then reposition my car to do the other (again no extra charge) it was wonderful. Because this is an automated car wash, there is no expectation of tipping. It's not that I don't like to tip, it's more that I always feel awkward tipping a human being to wet and scrub my car on days that are windy and cold. On cold windy days, automation is absolutely the ticket. And it's super close to LA Fitness. read more

On August 1st, 2023 my experience at this location was far from stellar. We have generally purchased a Ultimate Wash. Upon my driving up to the driveway entrance of the wash system, we were greeted by an employee. He asked if we would be doing an Ultimate wash today, if so would we like to purchase a package. I replied, I had purchased one I am looking for it. He pushed further, and I told him to not pressure me. He responded with: I am not pressing you. I looked at him, and asked for the ultimate wash. Upon completing the wash portion of the cleaning, I parked to use a vacuum. The first two I tried offered not enough suction to vaccume even the smallest of dried leaves on a floor mat within our vehicle. The other stations were full, it was warm outside, so rather than stay and wait for a working vacuum we left. The Tualatun, Oregon location is convenient to our family. The service and quality of equipment suck. read more

NEXTDOOR neighbor here from across the street. I have asked crew and called/emailed a few times to speak with literally any management to no avail. Hate to be a Karen but three neighbors and I have a request... Kaady has a large, extremely loud service truck come that wakes us up around 5 am and I'd really love to kindly ask if they can reschedule for even 7 am. A couple of us get washes here regularly and the service guys are very polite. Sometimes you need to go through twice but they take care of you if needed. I'd love a response. Even if they say no it's really hard to be woken up like this regularly..: and I'm certain it would violate noise restrictions this early but just speaking to someone at the company would solve this and help us not feel so upset. read more

Now this is where girls and boys are decidedly different. For my boys, garbagemen (ahem, sanitation engineers) are rock stars and going to the car wash is akin to a trip to the amusement park. For $5, I get to enjoy the sounds of laughter and screams of excitement coming from the back seat as my car goes through the wash. Love this location because I usually drive up with a card for a free wash, courtesy of my auto service dealer, and there is no sales pitch to buy a more expensive wash or any expectation of tipping. Guys were super nice and gave me car wipes without having to ask. A good 4-5 stalls to vacuum. In the same parking around as 7-11. Valvoline. The staff are always very pleasant when I've gone here. My only complaint is that the vacuum machines are never reliable at this location. They either have no suction or the hose comes off the handle. When I've mentioned it to the employees, they say thank you. I've waited to see if anyone goes to check and after 15 minutes, no one has come out to look at them. I've seen other customers look frustrated as well. I understand the price of the car wash comes with a free vacuum but the machines need to be in working order. read more

From a neighbor on the "Next Door" app. This is the second time in less than a month that a neighbor has had their windshield broken by Kaady. "I remember a few weeks ago reading about a problem with Kaddy car wash and their lack of fairness. How can a persons windshield crack going through a car wash and because they have a sign that they feel takes the responsibility away from them and automatically put it back on you. Well once again they have done the same thing. I have a 2018 new car that went in fine and came out cracked. I noticed a crack on the very top of the windshield that went down 7 inches. I instantly pulled over and called several times. After 10 mins I reached a person to tell them I'm coming back to show them the crack. They took pictures as did I and waited to hear from Kaady. The next day I received a call and made an appointment for today at noon. When I got there I met up with Aaron . He instantly said it was because of a rock chip. I told him there were no rock chips and this happened after the wash. I was met with "I guess we agree to disagree. He said let my insurance company handle it. Well I'm so tired of companies taking advantage of people. Just because a sign is up makes them untouchable.?.? What about the truth. What would happen if all businesses did this? Here is a corporation who basically doesn't care about there customers. As long as we pay them and they have their sign up they will never take responsibility for something that does happen as accidents. It's so sad that there is no longer any customer service. Extremely disappointed. Had dirt and cherries on the hood of my car. First wash didn't get it off . The second wash didn't either. Scraped it of with my fingernail, which got it loosened up. Asked for a third wash, was told I'd have to fill out a report before they could run it through again. Pulled my car out of line to fill it out. They then took pictures of the car, hood, vin number and license plate, then told me it would be up to 72 hours before I'd get authorized for another wash. Stay away from this place!!!!! read more

My windshield was damaged during a car wash at the tualatin location. A few weeks ago I read a report about Kaady Car Wash in Tualatin regarding other windshield being cracked as well. I wish now I would have listened. This happened to me as well. I noticed the crack as soon as I turned on the street. I pulled over and called several times to no avail. I drove back and took pictures and filled out a report along with a worker. He said it might take 72 hrs. I received a phone call from Aaron who mentioned he hates to be the bearer of bad news but started saying on the phone they have a notice that states no responsibility for damage. I explained that there was no chip and it was cracked from the machine. We made an appointment to meet today at noon. When I arrived Aaron was swift to saying it was a rock chip that caused the crack. I again said there was no rock chips in my windshield and came instantly back to report it. He told me Lets agree to disagree" What? He then preceded to tell me to let the insurance company deal with it. So that was that. To say that they are not responsible for my crack was insane. Just because a sign says that. How does that work. What happens is we have no choice to accept damage that happens . Or just don't go there. what ever happened to customer service and communication. I did say that if I was responsible why didn't one of the four men standing around not tell me there was a chip? Where is there responsibility? When did we get so used to being treated disrespected. Kaady Car wash is a great resource for us all. I personally feel strongly that we all need to stop washing our cars in our driveways allowing soaps and oils from entering our rivers and streams. The positive point of the car wash is that the water waste is sent to industrial water waste treatment and can be chemically balanced before discharging. Paraphrasing; visited the Barbur location, while inside the car wash our car was hit by another car behind us; "Jason" who identified himself as Jason Lee when asked, came through the car wash on the driver side and flashed a hand gesture of the "okay" sign, presuming that he knew our car was hit from the back asking if we were okay; upon leaving the car wash, we were pretty startled and upset that while on a conveyor, we were struck by another car inside your car wash housing. Understandably upset & excited, one of us began to ask a lot of questions, getting more upset by being told to calm down with no direct response to our questions. Jason seemed more interested in letting us know we were on camera, and taking a picture of our VIN number through the windshield than anything else. He gave us a form to fill out and said "I did not know you were in an accident, fills this out, you are welcome to exchange insurance information with each other if you feel you were in an accident" when asked how can a car accident happen on your conveyor system. He repeated "we have you on video" as one of us was getting increasingly frustrated with no direct answer to questions and his blatant lie that he didn't know we were in an accident on the conveyor system. We pointed out damage to our bumper, he took pictures and we decided he was not the right person to express our concerns with so we left. Upon leaving we were told we were "not welcome back until we cleared it with Mr. Kaady". We're pretty sure we won't be back. As consumers, we have many options. We will absolutely use our consumer power and social media to share our experience with everyone possible so no one else has to be treated the way Mr. Jason Lee treated us and go through this experience. read more

Absolutely horrible! I have a pristine 2010 dodge that now has scratches down to the metal across the hood and roof! I noticed them an hour after having gone through, and called Kaady. They had me meet one of their guys who immediately said it wasn't them and that I couldn't prove it was. And, he said there's no one above him for me to take the matter up with. He's the end of the line! Bottom line: if you must go to them, take photos of your car right before you go through and then get out and examine your car immediately after. If you don't, you will have no recourse! They will claim any damage to your vehicle was caused after you went through.... read more
