The customer service was incredible and we've never felt more welcome in all our experience abroad. We started with the fish of the day - salmon - and shared an order of salmon sashimi, which was sliced just right, getting enough of the raw flavor in each piece. The fish was so fresh, tasting like it was just caught that day. This dish shows how Palao Bistrot stays true to its concept of only using the freshest ingredients. I had hoped to order the tasting menu but we instead chose to order one tapa each. We ordered the octopus, corn fritters, ceviche, and fried prawns. All of the food was very good. We ordered two desserts as well. The doughnut and dulce de leche dessert which were both fabulous. If I had to make my decision based on solely the food, I would say go here without a doubt.
