The urine got into the concrete slab foundation and even into the drywall and frame of the house. It reeked awfully. Spending even 10 minutes in the house caused me to feel eye irritation and start to get headaches. Living there was impossible. We thought the house would have to be torn down and we'd have to start from scratch to build a whole new one. Things were dire. Enter Jody and his team into the situation. He coached me through what could be done and how to do it. He gave me council that gave me the confidence to take the first step and try to fix the home. He brought a team of experts to assess the damage. They made a plan and they executed it. Due to their good work, they knocked out the smell of pet odor, 100%. Nobody who entered the house after the job they did could even believe how the smell was totally gone. It was so nice to be in the house without the bad smell and to have a nice home to live in!
