I was picking up a…read moreDoorDash and instead of getting off of her barstool and grabbing the bag right behind her head on the shelf, she called for back up and made me wait almost 10 minutes to pick up an order that I already should have picked up. The app said that I did not need to wait in line. I needed to just find an associate and they would grab my order. Instead, she was rude to me and said well you should've got in line. I had to walk through the store to find another associate to grab my order. If I could give zero stars, I would. I know it's just a Petco, but seriously this employee needs to learn how to deal with customers.
