My partner had many snakes before and originally told our friend to not buy from petsmart, but they did. We woke up today to find the poor baby had passed, and we put it in a small box to take it to petsmart to try and get a replacement that would hopefully live longer. They said that we were ONE DAY passed policy and they couldn't do anything for us. That it SHOULD'VE died yesterday. That baby shouldn't have died at all, not like that anyway. It refused to eat or do anything three days before it passed. I'm annoyed at this policy being such a short time along with the rudeness of employees. How could you be so rude to someone who woke up to a dead animal? How could you act like a policy gives you an excuse to be mean? We went to Petco to talk with them and petco is giving us a discount and told us there's so many people coming in every day saying something similar. It's all reptiles too :( Thank you to PetCo for having sympathy towards people upset that a baby animal was sick and died. Sadly, PetCo doesn't have an exact match for the albino baby lost. We are getting one that's brown and white and then trying to explain to the kid who owns the late snake what happened.

I went to the facilities for a tour. When I was there I noticed the dogs were sad looking and…read morenervous. They were laying on cement without even a mat or toys to keep them company. I didn't see any staff interacting with them and didn't even seem excited to be there. Prices were high and so were the add on prices. I wasn't impressed in the least. I found a much better place to leave my precious fur babies with where the staff was happy to be there and lots more for the dogs to do and the prices were more in line. Every time we arrive at our boarding facility our dogs are so happy to be there they sometimes even forget to say bye to us. They take the dogs on walks to the park, down by the greenbelt, and have so many more service options and discounts for multiple pups staying together. Please don't go to Ameripet in Idaho Falls Idaho.
