After months trying to get help from City of Phoenix, I ended up talking to the homeless people and convinced them to move. We were still responsible for the junk removal. He showed up and did all of the work himself! He was finished in one day, even though it took two trips to the dump. He texted me throughout the day to let me know how it was going.
