The owner of the property that I reside in had his minion through me out of his office which is his primary business for trying to ask who we are supposed to pay our rent to,because his primary business cannot ever be said in the same sentence. I had my stove explode on me (I was lucky enough to be right there) and their idea of a replacement stove was a used stove built in 1995 and hadn't been cleaned since then. They have the largest selection of places by far and they are incredibly flexible when it comes to showing you available units (I viewed a few in a rush on a Saturday). I have rented 3 different places from Sterling over the last seven years. Minor maintenance issues have arose over the years, such as leaking faucet or a fridge repair issue. When I have had a maintenance issue I was able to email Sterling regarding the problem and had someone out the same or the very next day. In my experience I have found Sterling to be incredibly helpful with move-in and move-out. All in all I can't recommend them enough, great family run company with all the best rental options and pricing in Fort St. John
