I normally book online by choosing an available day that works for us. On the day of our appointment we check in at the front desk and they will take you to their sets next to the front desk. You pick your backdrop and they start taking pictures. My favorite is their holiday headquarters specifically their Christmas sets. They now do instant viewings so you do have to wait after your session and you basically go through the unedited pictures on an iPad. You heart pictures in a love, maybe & no category and basically choose your finals from there. If you haven't tried them yet go check them out!

I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. We have used over the top production like photographers who provide hair and makeup that equates to exorbitant pricing and also other people who basically told us they can deliver the moon and stars and then the final products fell totally flat. I hesitated for a second because we didn't really want to spend more money to redo photos when we just paid another photography company and have the whole inconvenience of everyone getting ready again, having to all be in the office at the same time, etc. but in my gut, I felt like we needed to. Let me tell you...Krista delivered!! We are a pretty particular bunch and Krista took many photos and was able to provide each of us (8 in total) with a headshot we all liked. Elizabeth is so personable, receptive, and easy to work with. I knew from my initial meeting with Elizabeth, that if I went with her as my photographer I wouldn't have anything to worry about. She went above and beyond and did so well dealing with last minute changes. Day of I changed the timeline and she ran with it. We are so glad we had Elizabeth as our photographer. She managed to capture a wonderful blend of expertly posed as well as delightful candid shots. She listened to our ideas and added in her own creative style which I absolutely loved. Amber is incredibly easy to work with - we didn't feel any of that awkwardness that sometimes shows through in pictures when a photographer is capturing an intimate moment. Amber was a true professional from beginning to end - she responded to emails and text messages promptly and her online billing interface made it so easy to pay and keep track of payments - I had other vendors who lost checks/billed me twice etc. but I never had to worry about that with Amber. The day of the wedding was a blur for me - Amber made sure that our first look was executed perfectly and captured many shots before the ceremony so that the wedding party didn't have to miss out on a huge portion of the cocktail hour and reception to take photos - I love that! She even set up a digital photo frame at the reception so that guests could see some of the pictures shot earlier in the day. Everybody loved it! After the wedding, she posted a "sneak peek" almost right away. What a thrill to see some photos of the big day! She sent us photo magnets to enclose with our thank you cards and a link to an online gallery to share with friends and family.
