After a long year of searching for the right glass / mirror company to replace an odd shaped…read morebuilder mirror, we found Glass Guru. Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

They were responsive during their business hours when calling and they provided the quote quickly and a pretty short turnaround too. The price including delivery and installation was competitive compared to other shops as well. Leading up to the installation, they called to confirm details and on the day of installation they arrived on time and worked to get measurements and get the mounts installed before finally installing the mirror. Red and his team did a great job of making it look effortless and finishing the job quickly. Overall I liked the communication, professional ethic, price, and the turnaround time on this job. Would come back here again for future needs!

A plastic pivot pin had broken, causing the door to fall off. I had called and visited numerous other places about replacing the pin and was told the part was no longer available, and that I would have to replace the door with a newer, more modern glass door costing around $1000. Pristine Glass And Mirror was my last stop, and I was so lucky to have met Kenneth who did not try to sell me a new door, but listened to my concerns and quickly located the parts that I needed on Amazon for $50. He further told me I could save money by delivering the door to him and they would install the parts and then install the door for me. I am so grateful for his honesty and professionalism. They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them.
