I called this firm to help with a blocked Saniflo. They said they dealt with Saniflo toilets. I…read moreasked specifically because it can be specialised. They sent out a plumber who said he didn't know anything about Saniflo toilets - he did check to see if there was power (which we already knew) ; the blockage he was also not prepared to deal with). He promptly left after a very short time - Several days later we had a bill. There was, apparently, a £65 call-out fee (plus VAT). Nobody told us about a call out fee. The company say they told me about the call-out fee and also that they may not be able to do anything about the Saniflo toilet. Here we disagreed. The invoice says 'Attended site due to blocked Saniflo'. I disputed the invoice, they reiterated their position. I decided to pay the invoice and save myself months of stress and dispute (for the sake of £78?, not worth it) and give them a review or two, here and there.

Completely agree with other review - awful service - windows don't fit properly - the wind screams…read morethrough them. We had to redecorate where plaster was damaged leaving large holes in wall. Plus they did not fit safety hinges which I had requested. Tried phoning would not let me speak to person who gave me the quote and when I sent a letter recorded delivery they refused to accept it from the post man. Trust me go elsewhere. I also wish I had never heard of them.
