My thought was to negotiate and immediately this guy walks away and throws his hands in the air, and says "I'm not fixing or doing anything" It kind of reminded me of when my 4 year old throws a temper tantrum! Anyway this is not why I am writing this, the reason I decided to give them a bad review is when I purchased the car it was represented as being a one owner, no paint work or body work car and having only 2800 miles I believed what he was saying. Until now, the sail panel on the car is starting to "bubble" and the body shop I took it to said the panel had been repaired at least once before and who ever had it fixed knew it would happen again. Tim said he knew the guy in town and I believe that he either knew it had been repaired or he repaired it to sell. It cost be almost $2000 to have the panel replaced and that kind of ticks me off! It should have been disclosed at the time of purchase! Buyer beware!

I am also incurring out-of-pocket rental expenses while this situation remains unresolved. I've found the process between CarMax, the finance company, and GAP to be extremely frustrating, with little guidance or assistance during a financially stressful time. As a customer, I expected better coordination and support given that these partners work together.
