I went here once last year because I needed somewhere that was open on a Sunday. The haircut and colour were fine - not bad, not the best I've had.
The problem was more with the customer service when I called the next day to see if they had CCTV in the salon, because I was concerned about some property (cash) that had gone missing from inside my purse between where I parked my car to go into the salon, and when I went to pay for the service.
The manager I spoke to accused me of lying, raised his voice at me and implied I was crazy for simply asking them to look into it. I even told him I didn't expect any money back (obviously I didn't have proof and don't expect them to just hand over cash on my say so) I just wanted to investigate so I could return with some confidence that my belongings were safe/my concerns were taken seriously.
I paid nearly $300 to have the pleasure of being treated like garbage and as though I was a a criminal trying to fraudulently get money out of them - despite me not asking for a dime!
I will never return to this salon, and while I won't make any complaints about the work of the stylist, and of course wouldn't hold the missing cash against them with no proof, I wouldn't be comfortable returning there, lest I get the same awful treatment should ever have a complaint or concern. read more
