Since then she has not only met our expectations, but surpassed them. Our son truly LOVES going to Heidy and sometimes doesn't want to leave. I have truly never seen a space as neat and tidy as Heidy's. She takes this as a priority which is so appreciated. Our son was sick every other week when he attended a center, but not with Heidy! You could tell the kids at Heidy's are respectful and thrive with the routines she has provided. Our son came to Heidy with an iffy nap time routine and Heidy fixed that within a short amount of time. It was a truly magical experience. It was so magical, in fact, that I considered commuting to DC from New Haven so that I wouldn't have to take the kids out. The teachers are beyond wonderful, and deeply committed to fostering a love of learning through play. They also had the most epic healthy, home cooked food program. The kids play outside in all weather and really learn to embrace nature, and the teachers cater the programming to their curiosities and interests (we had a whole segment on bats :). Also during the day you will have the ability to see your child via a live stream, it really gives you peace of mind. The staff provides numerous updates during the day via their app. At first I was uneasy placing a 3 month old in daycare, but it was necessary due to remote work requirements. The baby has been there for a week and loves it, easy transition, and we are comfortable leaving here as well. They provide all the supplies, formula, diapers, wipes, and food which is included in the tuition. Amazing value for the working parent. Kids look happy! Highly recommend.
