We worked with Caleb and Noah specifically for our jobs and we were beyond pleased with their services. The crew not only worked their tails off to provide results and finishes in a timely manner, but cleaned up incredibly well! I have never had a home renovation completed to such high standards! We had them complete a repair on our vaulted ceilings, fix settling cracks, as well as fixing some previous water damage. All of which were completed perfectly. My biggest positive to this company is how fast they were willing to work with me, they were out in a timely manner to provide measurements, gave us a bid/quote, and scheduled us remarkably fast! I also realize it is a slow exterior season but I couldn't believe how efficient they were! Caleb was also very forward with his communication and providing frequent updates as to where the project stood so I was never caught off guard by any unexpected timeline shifts. Jesse also communicated his timeline of arrivals very efficiently which is a big pro in our book. Overall they provided a top notch service and we are beyond pleased with this company, If we have more work in their field of expertise we will not hesitate to call them back. Not to mention they beat out every other quote I received by a LONG SHOT! Call the Bros, you can't go wrong!

He completed the exterior, interiors including shelves in a 4 1/2 day period. We just went with the the same color (white) and it looks so good! Give this man a shot at your business and you will not be disappointed.

We'd recommend Joe to anyone!

One thing I noticed initially was the detailed explanation on what they would do, the thoroughness of the pressure washing and old paint scraping before paint was applied. (The excuse the owner gave was that the painter took on additional work that he did not tell him about)--completely unprofessional. The delays resulted in a 3-4 day job turning into just under 2 weeks. When the painter did show up--he was rushing and it showed in the quality of the work. They got paint and debris all over my wood floors and carpet. The owner was unapologetic and patronizing when I voiced my concerns and only negotiated down the costs due to quality after I obtained a lawyer. Prior, he made threats of filing a lien on the home in order to receive full payment without a reasonable quality of workmanship. Homeowners beware of this company! Modern Image has one very good painter (Delfino) who does great work. But, the company has issues…read morewith time management and scheduling. If you're looking for someone who you can depend on to show up when they say they will...look elsewhere. Management is not reliable. They lack basic communication skills. One day they will tell you one thing, and the very next day it changes. In the past year, we have had them paint the exterior of our home along with a majority of our interior. I am happy with the work Delfino has done. Yet, part of our exterior is a deck off the back of the house - it was not properly color matched to the main paint color of the exterior, yet it was something we could live with. But just after 6 months, the deck began to peel and looks just hideous. We were told time and again it would be made right. Granted, weather plays a big role for any outdoor painting so we patiently waited. And waited. Until now when we were just informed they have absolutely no plans to repaint - claiming "rotted wood" something that was never brought to our attention 6 months ago! If that was truly the case, we would have absolutely had any and all wood replaced that needed to be. But again, we were not told. It was a rush job at the tail end of our homes' exterior painting and thereby improperly done and now we're living with a deck that has peeled and is a real eye sore. And even after that, we hired this company once again to have the interior of our kitchen cabinets painted since the exterior of the cabinets are being refaced. Today we fired this company. Once again, their communication skills are not one you would expect from a professional company. Cannot commit to days/times, etc. One week they tell you one thing...the next there is some type of excuse. If a company is not properly organized this is what happens. Yes, I am someone who believes if you say you are able to do something then gives me an excuse and tells me that maybe I should hire someone else...well, that is exactly what I will do. Isn't the old adage that the "customer is always right?" It is obvious that is not the case with this company. I wish them well, but cannot imagine if they continue this disorganized how long they will remain functional as a viable company. Later today...the owner called and stopped by the house following this review. Obviously upset with my review. Discussions took place between him and my husband and although I will not be hiring this company again in the future, it should be known that they are reasonably priced and the majority of work they do is good. None of my personal experience should stop you from hiring them.
