Today was our first visit to this restaurant. I was sadly disappointed. The salt and pepper…read moreshakers were empty, and dirty. We were the first ones in the restaurant right after they opened. The staff had plenty of time to wash and fill the shakers. The men's room was far from clean. The floor needs to be cleaned and the toilet fixed (won't flush). The sink looked like it was used by 20 auto mechanics. Am I supposed to scoop the soap out of that blue bowl on the sink? Again, a little Ajax and elbow grease would go a long way before opening. There was a server there (not ours) who was not dressed appropriately for any job dealing with the public. A white wife beater tank top over a halter top and shortie-shorts barely covering a grossly tattooed body is not an outfit to be worn when dealing directly with the public. The food was OK. The pulled pork sandwich was large and stacked high. The fries had little flavor and no salt. I'm afraid we won't be coming back to this restaurant.

HCW was the last stop on a three day visit to various agribusinesses and was one of the most fun to check out! The Perry's are awesome and have an absolutely beautiful winery situated in Nashville, Ga., off I-75. They ALSO have a brand new tasting room directly off I-75 in Sparks, Ga., and it is beautiful. If you're passing through, definitely stop in to do some tastings. Many of their wines are made from Georgia Grown muscadine grapes, with other varieties as well. They have some really unique flavors and the winery itself is breathtaking. Wines are priced for purchase around $11-15 and they have a wine club with discounts.

This is now the 5th time we have ordered a pickup from this restaurant in the last few months and spent at least $50 each time and they have not gotten our order correct one time! Everyone makes mistakes and no one is perfect but consistently every single time is an issue that needs to be addressed. Food quality TERRIBLE! Breakfast platters with half of it missing or not cooked all the way (this is dangerous), order wrong completely, food uncooked and inedible, and pancakes with no toppings that were paid extra for or even the basic sauce that comes with it. See below for tonight's amazing Texas Toast- I could have taken some sliced cheese and melted it on bread at home. not to mention I didn't even order cheese on the toast. I still hadn't received any sort of acknowledgement or greeting so I not so politely asked if they wanted me to come back when they weren't so busy. Girl two just smirked and said na I got you. I had a 2 ft longs for $12.99 coupon in my hand and she informed me she couldn't take it because the register wasn't responding. Now, first of all, I've worked at 4 different subways and I've never seen the register not respond to a coupon. You have an easy way to manually enter it if you do run into any problem and all you might need is a calculator. Secondly, it's nothing to try to accommodate the guest with a "next best thing " suggestion. Honestly though, I was already so turned off by the atmosphere, I had practically given up wanting a sandwich, especially one made by either of these over achievers. I glanced down at the line and it looked almost empty. There was some brownish pink tuna and meatballs that had crusty sauce all around the rim. Wilted lettuce and tomatoes, no pickles, handful of olives and no peppers or onions. I just decided to go to DQ up the road. Ill just start getting it in Val then coming home.
