As soon as I saw they were available as well as the pricing was well within my budget for a Photo Booth, I immediately booked them. It was very easy to pick the layout, background, add our own customization, and the communication was very fast on their part as well. On the day of the wedding, the attendant came and set up; when my guests rushed over to start, he was very kind and told them to wait a bit until the start time that I had agreed upon. After the wedding, I even had guests tell me that they loved the Photo Booth and the attendant was very nice. My invoice said his name was Diego. Sorry, we didn't ask for his name at the wedding, but we appreciate you very much! I had so many guests, and a handful of kids kept going over to the booth to take photos. He was very willing to let the kids enjoy the booth but made sure that they were not occupying the booth too much that the adults couldn't get a turn. Also loved the quality of the photos, as well as the scrapbook and USB that were provided to us by the end of the night. Our guests all had a blast with the photobooth and everything was worry free from start to finish! While we also had a photographer, having the booth set up was great as it allowed people a chance to loosen up and take some fun photos over the course of the night as the mood struck. And the booth popped doubles of the photos so our guests got to take home a strip, but we also got to keep a strip to help commemorate all the fun little moments that were happening over the course of the night. After the event, Tony also emailed us a link to a digital drop box where we could all access digital copies of all the photos. He really made me feel comfortable and made the entire process super easy. So much so we decided to book videography AND the 360 booth! James even worked with us to take into account idle time during dinner service (we were able to have the Photo Booth working during cocktail hour and then restart during the reception). Adriel communicated effectively and efficiently days prior and made sure we were all on the same page regarding start time and end times. I appreciated his suggestions tremendously! Our two videographers with Elvis and Henri; both were amazing! So committed to their role and they worked their butts off the entire day. We reminded Elvis to drink water and take a break!
