I was referred to Joslyn by several neighbors and they raved about her work. We have a new home on…read morea lot with no landscaping and wanted to hire Alpine Designs to give us a design plan. I went into the shop and asked for Joslyn, and she came out and took my information down and said it would be a few months as she was terribly busy, but she would contact me. I did not hear back from her, so I sent in an e-mail request, and did not get any response. I then called and left a message and did not get any response. So, I drove to the shop and asked for Joslyn and was told she was out and once again giving my contact information and told her what I was looking for. Surprise! I received no response, so I sent another e-mail and left another phone message and once again received no response. It must be nice that in these times when so many businesses are struggling this company does not want new business. I could not recommend this company as they do not understand that customers and potential customers are looking for effective communication and Jocylyn may be a great landscape designer, but she stinks are customer communication.

Dustin and Dan did a great job. The only problem was the water valve for the shower wouldn't shut…read moreoff so my bathroom flooded. Dustin and Dan right away put a space heater and fan on the carpeting and finally ripped the carpet up so the wet carpet wouldn't cause damage. The carpet was going to be replace anyway and I told them they could rip it out. The fan is still running on the carpet in the closet as that is still soaking wet. Dustin was very personable and worked well with city water employees. He asked my permission for any changes that varied from our contract. I'm pleased with my walk in shower. There is one corner of the shower that looks like the paneling isn't fit correctly (it looks warped). When I asked about it Dustin stated it was because of the wall ( which I don't understand). For $16,500.00 I was hoping for a shower that was squared properly with no warp. However, other than one warped bottom corner the shower looks great. I would recommend Dustin and Dan to anyone looking to remodel their bath to a walk in shower.
