They assured me again that they would be here either on Friday the next day or Monday the 16th for sure. On June 2, we again called them as there had been no contact from them. They again suggested that we add fill dirt and we again agreed to do so. We told them we just needed to get it done. They told me since we were adding the dirt we would not have to wait for dry weather and they would be here Monday the 6th...RAIN OR SHINE. They have still not shown up or called. In April, we also hired them to mow for us every other week. They mowed 1time in mid May and have not been since nor have they called. It has certainly been a horrible start to our summer.

At the same time, even though I had a contract with another lawn provider, I thought since he planted the sod he said he would provide the same service, weed control, fertilizer, etc. just like them yearly for the same price.
