We were so excited to use these lockers, which we didn't see anywhere else during our tour of…read morenorthwestern Germany. These lockers are operated by a key card issued to you after payment. It accepts both cash and credit card. Upon payment the roller shutter opens, and we were able to fit all three pieces of our carry-on luggage inside. Once the shutters close, the only way you can retrieve them is with the key card it had issued to you. When you present the key card, the compartments inside shuffle around until the compartment with your bags appear. It must be like those puzzles when there is probably only one empty block of space inside and an algorithem has to move the other blocks which are occupied with other luggage around until yours are ready to exit through roller shutter. As such, the designers spared no expense in making this station both good-looking and practically. From the practical side, the U-Bahn stop sits on the north side of the Hbf giving commuters easy access to the S-Bahn platforms on that end of the train station. The U-Bahn station itself is wide open with lots of space and easy access points. From an aesthetic side, the new station is a little disappointing. Aside from a series of large photos depicting the other future stops on the new line, the interior is quite bland. Large slabs of concrete are the norm here. The equipment in the interior is brand new, but we all know how long that'll last. On the whole, the new station is nice and practical. But, in 15 years once the new feel wears off, this will be just another sterile, concrete hole with trains running through it.

But the elevators are quite small. Also the rooms are not the most comfortable. And also when you arrive, you have to wait for several hours, with your luggage! While they are cleaning your room! So that puts a damper in how I think of this hotel.

Definitely a bed bug, I looked it up on the Internet. After four hours of haggling with the desk clerk with the dead bed bug present he did give us a full refund. For that I am grateful but it wasn't easy. I'm sure not every room In the hotel has bed bugs but ours definitely did and enough of them to see one making a run for it with the lights on. I would recommend that you avoid this hotel until they clean it up. I feel itchy just writing this review. Pay more if you need to or it'll be "say hello to my little friend" and you wake up covered in welts after paying to be the main course at the all-you-can-eat insect buffet. Sound like fun? We all checked out at 1am. The staff did also help us find another hotel but only after some serious negotiations.
