I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Main thing is, I'm SO glad I found Mobile Detailers in my area, and will definitely be a regular customer going forward. People with luxury and non luxury cars and it seems like they have some automation but mostly finishing touches hand based. Fair price for this part of town, long lines , and you should wait for your vehicle on the side where they call your vendor vs ticket number. Only thing I should caution you about is that they're moving quickly as they can and don't take a lot of time to pre soak your car. IF you have construction clay and "sticky" dirt, their cleaning method may have paint chips over some areas you need to consider. So if your car ever had touch ups, you need to tell them to watch those areas and be gentle. My vehicle is older so eventually I would've had some marks. But it's particular a problem for Benz owners as our paints and stock rims scratch easily due to the OEM material and process. Don't come here if you're in a rush.
