They have good variety and super reasonable prices if you're looking for cards or hobby items, sometimes they even do giveaways! All the staff are super friendly and give tips about the games when they can. I go to commander nights on fridays whenever i'm able, and If I can find a group I always have a great time, otherwise I just browse and the guy behind the counter is always very polite (even when I do like 5 seperate transactions. sorry!). This shop seems to have a really healthy Tournament community, and I can tell because there's usually more people playing CEDH than casual, which is unfortunate because I often can't find anyone to play casually with. Most of the folks who come here seem to be small groups of friends and family, so they tend to make their own pods which fill up very quickly. Unless you arrive early, find a seat, and finish your browsing before about 5:30, its likely you won't find a casual game. I haven't come on other nights yet, partly because the calendar on their website either doesn't function or doesn't get updated, so you have to check their social media to see what's happening, but im not sure if that gets updated because I deleted mine. Overall, a great little community, but unless you can bring a couple of your own friends or you can arrive early every time, this isn't the best shop for casual MTG.
