I asked for help to send me a box; they asked for €290. How petty. Sure, this is a profit-based company, but when you spend this kind of money, it's poor taste to have a customer pay for the company's poor advisement. After contacting the representatives that assisted with my purchase, Johanna and Adrian, for help - they wanted more money. What's worse, they never even checked back to see how things were going or offer any reasonable help after I explained the predicament THEY put me in. In this type of industry, they don't represent the excellent service standards expected. Not elite, not excellent, not even worthy of an honorable mention. When your transaction is complete at this business, they will smile and give you their business card. But it's worthless because trying to ask for help after you leave the store is impossible. Also, the two women working there were *incredibly* friendly and we had a wonderful conversation with them. One of the women has worked for the owner since he first opened one of his stores (about 40 years ago)! The other woman has worked there for nearly ten years.
