I didn't really know what to expect while going to the doctor in Germany for the first time, but this gave me a really bad first impression.
The first thing that I found pretty weird in this place was the smell, it has a super strong cigaret smoke smell as soon as you step into the apartment.
The secretary was pretty nice with me but even if I was the only patient that day, the doctor only took me in approximatively half an hour after I arrived..
As I talked with the doctor, I told her I thought I had a flu, the thing is that she didn't even check anything on me except my throat, no temperature or anything, she just believed me when I said I think I had a flu, and gave me some antibiotics for it.
Then I told her that I would have liked to have her opinion on some very strong belly pains that I experience for a while, I was just started when she told me she had no idea of what it could be.. I kept explaining a little bit, adding that after a few blood test I was found coeliac, to what she answered by rolling her eyes and added again that she didn't know, but that she could feel my stomach if I wanted, what she did, hurting me as hell (seriously it was painful during the whole day after, and it's definitely the first time that it does), she eventually gave me some "lacto bacillus", even tho I told her right before that I was intolerant to lactose. read more
