I heavily caution against anyone deciding to interact with Justyle without doing their research to make an informed decision on how you want to spend your money. I only held back from rewriting a review because I once felt pity for this owner, but the insistent spamming is tiring to see and deal with. He misled me and took my picture without my consent, with the intent to blackmail me and my family. That is me in the photo, with my face blurred. He argued we didn't "keep our promise" to take down the truthful, negative reviews detailing our experience engaging with Justyle, and that entails threatening to tell everyone how "ugly" I am and taking me and my family to court. From the attached, blackmailing and manipulating reviews in such a manner that it misleads consumers is illegal. I have the right to share my honest experience and opinion about a business, *even a negative one*, under the Consumer Right Fairness Act. Furthermore, the Federal Trade Commission makes it illegal to offer incentives for reviews, which I can testify Justyle does. When we first interacted with him, he offered a discount for a positive review, even going as far as offering to take my phone to type the review himself, thinking I wouldn't do a good job. I declined with that offer, for obvious reasons. When we refused to take down the negative reviews, Hung/Justin himself kept dodging us when it came to giving a refund for my mother and aunt's wigs that were not up to the standard advertised. And, in person, kept tantalizing me with the refund if and only if I took down all negative reviews we have written, which is unfair to other consumers trying to make an informed decision about what business to buy hairpieces from. He attempted intimidating me, staring me down, which on top of the unflattering picture taking made for an unpleasant experience. Besides the shady business practices, it is saddening that a Vietnamese business with what seems like an impressive reputation can only maintain this perceived reputation by resorting to blackmailing and intimidating customers. However, Hung Nguyen/Justin having the gall to do such a thing is an indicator that he does not know his rights as a business owner, nor the rights of a consumer under the laws of the country he is operating his business in. For this reason, I strongly advise other consumers like myself and my family to thoroughly research a business before deciding to purchase a good from said business. read more

I wanted to write a review here on Yelp to inform everyone to be VERY careful when dealing with this business. For nearly two months, my family and I have been back and forth with the business owner after being scammed with cheap wigs. He attempted to pass off these cheap wigs to my family, gaslight them into making them believe they're brand new, and then constantly moved timelines and dodged us at every turn. It was not until our reviews appeared that he would start talking. My Google review is attached as well, along with the DMs that I will explain here. After my review from Google went up, he offered my family a refund for the wigs. We were more than happy to keep this simple. Get our refund, return the cheap wigs, and go our separate ways. However, after the constant lying, ghosting, and dodging, he attempts to withhold our refund until we not just return the wigs, but delete all our truthful reviews. I was absolutely floored that he would try to pull such a shady and probably illegal tactic on us. We did get our refund in the end and we returned the wigs, but the audacity of this man to try to not only dodge refunding us at first when he was the one who offered it, but to also push us to delete our reviews for it as well. My concern now is has he done this other people before, paying for their silence? Another is that are all these positive reviews really truthful? If he was so willing to hold our refund until we delete our negative reviews on him, what makes you think he hasn't tried it on others for both positive and negative reviews? I would seriously reconsider doing business with that man without some considerable research into hair and wigs or he may try to pull a fast one on you as he tried with my family. TLDR: This prolonged experience with this man has revealed his own true shadiness and ego, while bringing into question of has he done this song and dance with other people as well? I was lucky enough to find Justyle Wigs through Instagram. I went to the salon and found a variety of hair pieces that were priced reasonably and the quality to be so impressive. Justin himself was so helpful and understood what hair loss means to women. I was very comfortable sharing my hairless so that we could work together to find a wig that made me look like myself.
