When I asked an employee, she told me they only sell them via their webpage. I was disappointed and mildly annoyed with this sales practice. It's the only reason this is a four star review as opposed to a five star. Aside from not having with I sought, I found the store to be bright, airy, colorful and fun. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and close in. The store is in a nice area of town in which I felt perfectly safe and comfortable. I will certainly return to this Ulta for future needs.

Aside from the grand opening swag, this location had all the brands one comes to expect in a Sephora as well as the new product line wall which not every location has. The front desk apologized to client after client when ladies were checking on when they would be seen. My own appointment was 15 minutes late with minimal communication. I didn't ask, but was told I would see someone different than I was booked with, but that ultimately didn't happen. They are very heavy on FOMO sales and the presentation was over the top in my perception. It was made to seem if I didn't purchase certain deals as a first time client, I wouldn't get a great deal in the future. I think a mention is fine, but most people don't appreciate this hard sell approach as well as all the product upsells. The appointment itself was fine and Kristiyona was super fun and friendly. I was disappointed that she missed a couple obvious areas that I paid for. Hopefully next time will be better. I see that there are a lot of issues reported online about their pricing practices. I wish I would have done some research beforehand.
