Three years ago…read morethis charm of a woman, whose charismatic personality and upstate elegance paired with her caring and kind spirit, walked into my life; three years ago, due to the situation and the energy, universe, stars... whatever it is you call it, weren't aligned and I ended up listing my house with two other agents with no results either time. Fast forward to the third week of February 2025, everything aligned in my world and I contacted Amanda to do what she told me she would do the first time she stood in my kitchen three years ago, "if you give me the opportunity, I will sell your house." Late February, She walked in dressed in a sheek Amanda Shepherd outfit, oooo'd at the updates that I had made in the house, took notes, and once again looked me dead in my eyes and said, "if you trust me, I will get you the results you want and I will sell your house." I felt it in my soul! Within 48hrs Amanda had put together a checklist of finishing touches and a plan of action to sell my house. This realtor gem of the PNW had an over asking offer in hand in the first 24hours of being on market and went under contract on day five, and we closed in less than 30days. What a dream come true and what a complete blessing and alignment of all things good in the world! It only took 3years, 3 realtors, and the 3rd time of listing to have this be the "3rd times a charm". If you have the opportunity to have Amanda Shepherd as your realtor, I couldn't recommend her more! She went above and beyond in LITERALLY every step of the process including buttoning up loose ends. There aren't enough good things I can say about Amanda, but if you're looking for results and looking for a boss babe realtor that will spare no expense and go above and beyond what you could ever imagine, this is your girl! Thank you Amanda! Crying happy tears!

We had issues with agents from both small and large brokers not returning our calls, but DiNero returned my call immediately, and I felt an instant connection with him. During my home purchasing process (in Sequim, nonetheless!), DiNero was in constant communication, explained everything very thoroughly to me, and addressed all of my questions quickly and with ease. If he did not have an answer to a question, he would reach out to whomever he needed to ask and the turn-around for information was excellent. So much has changed in real estate post-Covid, and he on-top of it. He was early for every single showing and appointment, and did not once hesitate to drive all the way out to Sequim at my request/need. He asked all the right questions of people who showed up for inspections, even going above and beyond when we had concerns. He was a real asset to have at our side during the process and really stayed on-top of everyone. He covers a large area of the Sound and Peninsula, so if you are having trouble finding an agent to cover a broad area, check with him. He also has a large network of lenders, insurance agents, and other resources for both buyers and sellers, which was very helpful. I could not have asked for a better agent to represent me and my spouse, and I am very happy with the service we received from him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and down-to-Earth realtor. I will be calling him for all of my future purchases and sales.

We now have been trying to move out of this home for a year, with a baby. When moving in he insisted that this was a very safe neighborhood, which it is not and it's an extremely busy road with lots of car accidents, theft and crime. We have had our truck stolen, up to 10 car accidents in front of our house, and multiple scary things happen. He lived near by as well and knew what he was doing. There is an abandoned house next door I was worried about and he ensured that this would be no problem at all and raise our equity. Well this abandoned house has been a complaint for neighbors for YEARS and is not going to go anywhere trust me I've made a million calls, and this abandoned house has caused issues with rodents, people going in and out, trash, and safety issues for my family. there was a rodent issue in attic and crawl space and later to find out all in the kitchen and appliances and cupboards as well. he ensured this was no issue and we would just pay to have it cleaned and it wasn't a big deal. well it's caused us hell for the years we have lived here. he ensured us this was a freshly remodeled amazing home to start our life and family and it was poorly painted over and been a terrible home affecting our health, safety and sanity. lastly and the worst part, is he recommended we offered the owner our max budget price which was 35k OVER asking. this house was never worth that much and due to that and the loan we needed due to it being our first home. Now trying to sell again we are upside down despite many renovations we have personally done and to get out for the health and safety of our home we might have to OWE money. I have kept quiet for years but my frustration grows with every new thing emerged about this experience. extremely frustrated and disappointed in how we were taken care of for our first home.

At first I had no intention of using her but as she was polite & professional I did engage in a phone conversation with her. What she offered seemed to be so much more than our previous realtor, so we decided to give her a chance. As we'd already moved out of state we were unable to do much to the house, but Kristina painted several rooms, arranged light staging & produced a virtual tour. The home sold within a few weeks for the asking price. I really wish we'd have known about her company when we first listed the house as it would have saved us lots of money in interest payments. I'm not a big fan of realtors in general & think they are way overpaid, but she deserved every penny she got and I highly recommend her if you need a realtor in Washington State.

Gervon and I go way back so the trust was there off the bat, so for those who may not know him directly, just know that he is a man of integrity. When he says he's going to do something, you never have to ask twice. When it came to choosing a realtor I personally looked for 3 characteristics: integrity, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I'm sure there's more that goes into real estate but these were the most important to be and in just these 3 aspects alone, there are few to none that can even come close to Gervon. In the simplest way to describe my experience, I told Gervon I wanted his help buying a house in the beginning of May and closed/moved into my ideal home by the beginning of June. He accommodated my aggressive touring plan and all the details I was looking for and had me set up in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Gervon's services to those that come to the greater Seattle area looking for a home. You will be hard pressed to find a realtor with half as much drive and ambition to deliver results than Gervon.
