I have…read moreonly had 1 decent experience with them over the past 5 years of living in Taylor County, the rest have been beyond ridiculous with rude clerks and poor customer service. As someone who works in public service myself, this is hugely disappointing and I dread having to go there anytime it is necessary to take care of business. I did not get the woman's name from this morning (8 am) because of being so distraught, but she was older than 45 w/brown and grey hair pulled into a bun with "horse" figurines across her cubical wall. You ma'am should not be working for the public!!!
