Amanda told me I probably didnt understand my previous conversation and that they dont help in the ways previously discussed. When I probed further into their services she quickly referred me to an attorney. Not sure why Amanda has such a terrible and non helpful attitude especially during a stressful time. But after reading the reviews about her I can understand what others were complaining about. She has lost her compassion to truly understand the devastation that couples experience. Amanda..you are in the wrong line of work. And btw...never accuse a potential client of not understanding the issues at hand. Totally arrogant!!

They seemed to be available whenever we had questions. The communication was very impressive, and felt very personal. It was also impressive how fast they would turn the decisions we made and agreed on into legal documents. All the hard work navigating the court system was done on your behalf and included as part of their service. I can't say enough good things about my experience. They really turned something very difficult into something managable. I couln't have done it without them. Highly, highly recommended.

His game plan and stratagies are genius. Amanda Khiterman did amazing putting my declarations and exhibits together. Very organized, knowledgeable and focused. They not only fought for me, they got my freedom back! Forever Thankful

I have been in and out of court for several years over child custody/ visitation issues, and I have…read morenever met an attorney who was more dedicated and professional as Tim Miranda and his staff. I really liked how blunt and honest Tim was. He did not tell me what I wanted to hear, but strategically planned our arguments. The best part about it was he never over-exaggerated or glamorized my arguments. He argued off the truth and the facts, and we won! That really met alot to me. Sara Yunus was one of his associates that attended the court hearing, and she did a phenomenal job. Court always makes me very nervous, and she kept it real and made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was in court with a friend, not an attorney. Tim and his staff really care and put effort into their cases, and truly care about their clients. There were many times when Tim would email me on weekends and evenings because he was working on my case. Last but not least, Tim and his staff are worth every penny. I have had an attorney in the past, and I have also represented myself, and neither had gotten me anywhere. You really get what you pay for, and having my child is priceless. Tim is very intelligent; a true combination of street/ book smarts. Family law can be very emotional, and he really keeps his clients grounded. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone! Not only will he win your case, but most importantly, he will keep you stress-free!

He would tell me when fighting an issue was not cost effective vs what was worth fighting for. He is not one of those lawyers who tries to make the situation more adversarial in order to make more money. He genuinely did right by me and always delivered the best service for the lowest possible fees. And, he managed to reach a settlement without going to court, which I didn't think was possible. I'm very impressed by him and I can't recommend Roy enough.

My Ex tried to scare me with some crazy lawsuit and when she realized I wasn't going to fold she came to her senses and we settled. Literally zero Lawyer work, it happened between the two of us. Well when the team at the law firm realized we had just come to an agreement I was hit with an immediate $5000 invoice. I thought "what do you mean? I am sure there is stuff to file but it's done". It was a $7500 retainer followed by discovery i.e. her paralegal calling me threatening me with "you know Mr. Carroll if we don't do all of this she could go for more" - to another invoice for txt and emails - to them basically extorting me for $5000 to finish the case. I did it myself and they still have the nerve to keep sending the invoice.........Did I mention that I spent $10000 and was never given an ounce of legal advice and I never even spoke to the lawyer?? So I am sure if your one of the real deep pocket people you can talk to her but not us regular folk.

I have never felt more alone and thrown out to the wolves in my entire life…read more My biggest regret is marrying my abusive, compulsive gambling, tax evading, malignant narcissist husband. My second biggest regret is hiring Tess Reutzel as my divorce attorney. I paid a fortune to get NOTHING - even with a solid prenup and a mountain of evidence! My husband and his attorneys buried me in irrelevant discovery items and "admissions" as Tess idly stood by, giggling in delight as she calculated how much she'd make off me to process it all instead of defending me. Even worse, how could I possibly feel secure that a judge would award me anything with Tess representing my best interests? I had to concede with my entire case after a year and a half because I could no longer afford to keep paying for nothing! My costs would have been more than the amount I *could* have been awarded. I believe in FAIRNESS. Justice. That thing I thought the legal system is supposed to bring. What did I find out the hard way? I should not have done STUPID things like admit to my attorney that I was embarrassed by the pork belly recipe that got inadvertently stapled to the divorce papers that got served to my (now ex-) husband. He was a chef - what, if you can't beat him, join him? Or that it took weeks to get a response. Or that I became her Friday afternoon client. You know - the one she'd *maybe* get to IF she had nothing else to do before she went home for the weekend. She even forgot to include me on an email TO ME, then had her paralegal follow up the following Friday afternoon because no one had heard from me! I paid almost $30,000 for THAT?! That's justice here in the United States. One word: FAIL. Don't make the same mistake I made. If you have any sort of a soul left, please find someone who's not just like the person you're trying to divorce to represent you!

What stood out most was not just his knowledge and professionalism, but his willingness to go above and beyond when it truly mattered. Bud stayed on the phone with me late on a Friday evening to make sure I fully understood my situation, my options, and the best path forward. That level of dedication is rare. He didn't rush the conversation, didn't make me feel like "just another case," and took the time to walk through everything clearly and strategically. His communication is direct, honest, and extremely effective. He has a strong command of the law and knows how to apply it in a practical way that actually helps you move forward. I felt confident knowing I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about the outcome and was willing to put in the time to get it right. If you are looking for an attorney who is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping you, I highly recommend Bud Klueck. He exceeded my expectations in every way and made a difficult situation much more manageable.

She stepped in on short notice and understood my case in a way that three prior attorneys from other firms could not. Lia is professional, extremely thorough, and highly strategic. Thank you as well to Mindy, Rebecca, and Casey for always taking my calls and offering support during an incredibly stressful time. I highly recommend the Garwood Reeves team.

I asked to contact me once the retainer…read morewas exhausted since I am a single mom and not sure if I would have money to continue being represented. She agreed and said, they would contact me and would add a note on the file. That was the only reason why I went with the firm. I felt there was a mutual understanding so i decided to hire Garwood Reeves to represent me. When the retainer was exhausted, no one contacted me, they just sent a bill saying I owed them $$ XX since the retainer was exhausted. Invoices included inaccuracies. - they billed me for "calls" that did not occur. I keep screenshots of all of the calls to record the date and time. - 3 minute calls turned into .5 or more of billable work - 5 minute calls turned into 1 hour billable work. and that rate is at least $450 per hour After months of not talking, they sent me 2 additional invoices for services which I was not aware they were performing. I explained we hadn't talked for months and they had told me months ago we were done. And to top it off, a year later, I self-represented. They got wind I re-opened the case. they sent me a bill for over $2,000 for services I never approved. I was not even aware they were providing services for me. They never called me to discuss the matter. I am baffled. Luckily, I had an email from one year ago asking them to stop billing me (after the 2 invoice) and stop providing services. I am hoping they remove the bill from 2025 because I had specifically stated to stop providing services in 2024. This feels unethical. In hindsight, I feel misled by Emma Slattery so that I can be represented by Garwood. I feel taken advantage of. Also by looking at the several reviews, I am starting to see a pattern i believe that this is typical practice to rack up the billing. Either she is doing this because she's gaining commissions or she is practicing based on the company leadership. But regardless, it is not good. Several phone conversations that I had with her are null and void. She does not recall that I verbally told her several times to stop providing services in 2024. And then in 2025 I told her at least two times that I was self representing. Never did she mention that her company was working on my case . To it resulting in me getting invoiced for over $2000 for services that I was never aware of. My understanding is that we were done with them representing me in 2024.
