Worse company I have ever dealt with! This company took me to court for payment and never reached…read moreout to me. I signed a small bond and they assured me they would keep me updated on the person's court date. The court date was changed and I never received a communication. The person missed the new court date. Watkin's called me and I said I will bring him right down to court. I asked if he was going to jail because he had four children and we needed to arrange child care. They assured me he would go in and come right back out. I said I would take him to the jail and they told me they needed to take him in. This turns out was not true and it turns out this was for leverage. In addition, he did not get out and we were left scrambling for child care and had to miss work! On top of all this, I sat in their parking lot for 3 hours while they would not answer my phone call when they took him into jail. Finally they answered to say he wasn't getting out. I told them I am sitting in the parking lot where they told me to wait and would like to talk face to face. He replied they weren't anywhere near there... They left me sitting waiting for 3 hours and didn't even have the courtesy to call when they left. Nearly two years later they take me to court to sue me for the bond. Again, no call, no bill in the mail, no communication other than a court summons. This company operates like a simple money grab and appears to prey on those without the resources to fight.
