He exchanged the mattress for one that was a medium firmness, which was what I originally wanted but didn't get. Unfortunately, it took threats of calling the BBB before anyone cared. I won't shop there again but I am grateful that they made the exchange for me. I haven't slept in 3 weeks but I will tonight.

I was to meet my delivery guy at Slumberland @ 415pm. I got stuck in a traffic jam at Walmart Pharmacy and was going to be late. I had spoken to Charlie earlier in the day and she was very nice then. I was very anxious when I spoke to her the second time and MY GOSH! She was so incredible. She was calming, understanding, and everything I didn't expect a customer service person to be. At first they were very kind and said they would take care of it. They sent someone out and I thought they were going to fix it. A week later I get an email stating that the technician said it was normal wear and tear and they weren't going to fix it. I got a good deal on the chair. The saleslady was wonderful and other than the gigantic rip I love the chair. That's why three stars. Just hope nothing goes wrong.
