If your looking for a photographer to capture the most intimate times in your life from maternity…read moreto newborn and family, Sofialynn Photography is the answer. About a year ago I decided to hire a professional photographer. My daughter was turning 3 and I had done countless photo shoots at small local studios in my area. While they may have been pretty, none of them can compare to the images Michele was able to capture. Her work is truly artwork that will be passed down for generations. One is more beautiful than the other and she makes it seems so easy. It can be quite challenging to work with a toddler but my daughter didn't even realize she was being photographed. She was simply having fun. I'm still in awe every time I look at the images Michele captured and you will be too. I didn't know where to start and those who I asked didn't have any records for me. I reached out to Monique, finding her in a quick Yelp search, with a few vague ideas about what I was hoping to capture for my friend who was going through and quickly approaching a huge life transition. Monique listened to me stress babble and created the most amazing experience for my girl come to life. It was so much better than what I had imagined and the perfect experience capturing my friends personality and beauty! I really couldn't have asked for more and she pulled it off in record time with professionalism and class. I cannot give enough high praise to MoMo Photography and can't wait to fly back to the City for a shoot of my own! Cheers to Monique and her team. Y'all are truly the best!

Mommy's and soon to be Mommys BE AWARE. Do not hire Nini…read morephotographer for your baby's cake smash. She's one of the worst, unprofessional and rude photographer and person I've ever met. Her unprofessionalism started when I first went there to drop off the advance and was made to wait for 20 minutes with no response from you before driving back. This was just to pay her the advance money for booking a date. I should've taken that as a red signal but decided to give it another chance because she was very close in the area. And then on the day of the shoot she made us wait another 20 mins because She 'forgot' that she had a shoot. Mind you she forgot!!! What was worse was that she just shut the door on me and my family including 2 small children and made us wait outside your door in the middle of winter. She didn't have the courtesy to ask us to wait inside.  During the shoot she made no effort to make my son feel comfortable when he was crying and uncomfortable. Her studio was cold and your windows were open during winter. Least she could've done is kept it warm when you know you'd be working with an infant. We couldn't get any good pictures so had to reschedule but she had the audacity and unprofessionalism to ask me for another  deposit to reschedule for a time she originally thought we were going to be coming in for the shoot in the first place. After waiting two weeks , She delivered lousy edited pictures, very dark with an overexposed face. I doubt they are edited even. Her lighting was not good at all. When I asked her to re edit them to a more lighter and airy texture, her response was rude and condescending and absolutely unacceptable. Her response was - 'first of all I'm also not re editing the pictures, you should have told me you want light and airy edits during booking' This is not the first time we are working with a photographer and it's usually the photographer, as is their job, to advise and then make the edits the customer asks for. But she mentioned she doesn't do light and airy edits!!! This is strange and makes me wonder if she is even capable of doing these edits at all.  It is outrageously rude and appalling the way she has responded to our request for re-edits. As per our original agreement, she was supposed to deliver ALL pictures she took. She didn't deliver some of the bathtub pictures she took before the cake came in. When we asked for it, she denied it. If she was anything of a professional She should know when you charge someone for a service you are offering, you need to work with the person if they are unhappy with the service you have provided. I'm all for supporting small business but people like her do not take their job seriously, rude and lazy , absolutely unprofessional and a very lousy photographer to say the least , and needs to be reported.

She thoughtfully prepared props and wraps to compliment the photos of my son's newborn pix that I'd shown her (taken elsewhere before we discovered Little Love Stories), in addition to colors and props of my choosing. My daughter was meticulously handled and posed with the utmost care. When it came to the sibling and family shots, my 2 year old son wanted no part of it. Stephanie was extremely patient and carried on with other photos of our newborn, allowing us the time to calm him down. He especially loved seeing the chickens in the back yard!! Those initial weeks after a newborn end up being such a blur, especially with older children to chase after. Stephanie was such a calming presence to this zombie mom, and I have no doubt she shot some amazing photos to keep these memories alive and vivid for years to come!!

Stephanie was quick to respond, thorough, and exuded confidence and charisma (much needed with our toddler!). We were BLOWN away by the communication and support we received leading up to our session, and loved that we were immediately at ease during our session shoot. Stephanie introduced herself to our toddler and they immediately began to bond, which made the entire hour together fly by. She took charge but had so much flexibility, making sure to ask questions to make sure we got all the combinations of people we wanted, and caught a few candid moments in between as well. With only a few weeks turnaround time, we are anxiously awaiting to see the result and already know this experience will have us lining up even earlier next time for another session with her!

We were assigned Reena and Roderick as our main photographer and videographer, and Ben and Tuck as the secondary photographer and videographer. We had an extensive list of photo combinations we wanted with the bridal party, our parents, wedding sponsors, and extended family and the Dean Michaels team managed to capture every single moment. I'd ask Reena last minute if we could take pictures at different locations and she would be so accommodating and the photos came out perfect. We are so glad we went with Dean Michaels. It's always tough picking through hundreds of wedding photo companies but my wife and I really liked the style of Dean Michaels which provided a good mix of dramatic and traditional photos without being too over the top.
