Her unprofessionalism started when I first went there to drop off the advance and was made to wait for 20 minutes with no response from you before driving back. This was just to pay her the advance money for booking a date. I should've taken that as a red signal but decided to give it another chance because she was very close in the area. And then on the day of the shoot she made us wait another 20 mins because She 'forgot' that she had a shoot. Mind you she forgot!!! What was worse was that she just shut the door on me and my family including 2 small children and made us wait outside your door in the middle of winter. She didn't have the courtesy to ask us to wait inside.  During the shoot she made no effort to make my son feel comfortable when he was crying and uncomfortable. Her studio was cold and your windows were open during winter. Least she could've done is kept it warm when you know you'd be working with an infant. We couldn't get any good pictures so had to reschedule but she had the audacity and unprofessionalism to ask me for another  deposit to reschedule for a time she originally thought we were going to be coming in for the shoot in the first place. After waiting two weeks , She delivered lousy edited pictures, very dark with an overexposed face. I doubt they are edited even. Her lighting was not good at all. When I asked her to re edit them to a more lighter and airy texture, her response was rude and condescending and absolutely unacceptable. Her response was - 'first of all I'm also not re editing the pictures, you should have told me you want light and airy edits during booking' This is not the first time we are working with a photographer and it's usually the photographer, as is their job, to advise and then make the edits the customer asks for. But she mentioned she doesn't do light and airy edits!!! This is strange and makes me wonder if she is even capable of doing these edits at all.  It is outrageously rude and appalling the way she has responded to our request for re-edits. As per our original agreement, she was supposed to deliver ALL pictures she took. She didn't deliver some of the bathtub pictures she took before the cake came in. When we asked for it, she denied it. If she was anything of a professional She should know when you charge someone for a service you are offering, you need to work with the person if they are unhappy with the service you have provided. I'm all for supporting small business but people like her do not take their job seriously, rude and lazy , absolutely unprofessional and a very lousy photographer to say the least , and needs to be reported.

She thoughtfully prepared props and wraps to compliment the photos of my son's newborn pix that I'd shown her (taken elsewhere before we discovered Little Love Stories), in addition to colors and props of my choosing. My daughter was meticulously handled and posed with the utmost care. When it came to the sibling and family shots, my 2 year old son wanted no part of it. Stephanie was extremely patient and carried on with other photos of our newborn, allowing us the time to calm him down. He especially loved seeing the chickens in the back yard!! Those initial weeks after a newborn end up being such a blur, especially with older children to chase after.
