A four star vetting? Far from it…read more It's dirty and unsafe. You're putting your kids at risk by sending them here. There's never enough staff, and the staff they do have, many are not licensed or being reviewed by the licensing agency for misconduct. Most of the good teachers left out of frustration. Few good ones are still left, are paid a few Pennie's over minimum wage, and have had enough. More recently, they chose to keep around a teacher that was accused of abusing 3 (THREE!) infants by another teacher because they "felt it couldn't be true". Only when parents called corporate was it actioned on. Before enrolling, try reaching out to the families who've left to get their honest reviews. I'm sure you can find them easily. I wish someone told me all this when I enrolled. It's expensive, one of the most expensive areas in the area, and has the worse reputation in the neighborhood. Run. Your welcome.

We felt incredibly lucky to secure a spot, as Little Genius is such a highly sought-after program--and it truly lived up to its reputation. My son absolutely loved his time there. A few years later, we were fortunate enough to enroll our daughter shortly after she turned one. We had complete peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands under Ms. Sammi's guidance. She has learned so much and genuinely enjoys going to school each day. I always looked forward to the weekly projects she proudly brought home, as well as the festive Christmas performances. Ms. Sammi does an exceptional job communicating with parents, often sharing sweet moments and photos that brighten my day. It's clear how much love, attention, and dedication she and her team give to each child. It's hard to believe that three years have already flown by and that my daughter will soon be graduating. I'm confident she is more than ready for pre-K and will continue to thrive. While it's bittersweet that we won't be seeing the wonderful staff at Little Genius every day, I'm sure we'll stay in touch. We are so grateful for the care, support, and love shown to our children--it truly means everything to our family.

He started when he was 10 months old and the teachers were incredible with easing him into a new setting to decrease the stranger danger phase. All the staff members are so accommodating and keep me updated during the day so it feels like I'm not missing out on a thing! (Extra bonus points for tolerating a very hands on first time momma!!! They never made me feel any kind of way for asking too many questions or making specific requests about food/changes in my sons routine!) My sons social and physical skills have developed so much since he's started and his little personality has been shaped by the lovely teachers as well! Highly recommend for anyone considering!!

I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this occasion requires it, with the goal of helping…read moreother parents and the institution. At no point is my intention to discredit Little Leaves, but I can't stay silent about what happened, since after this very unpleasant situation, I unfortunately cannot recommend them. From the moment we visited the institution, they never mentioned any minimum requirements for children to attend, such as needing to be able to feed themselves, among other things. On the contrary, they told us they would take care of giving him structure, helping him with potty training, and his education. To me, it was "music to my ears," but in reality I feel it was more of a sales tactic than reality, since there are other negative reviews mentioning the same thing. My son only lasted three days at Little Leaves and, by the institution's decision, was expelled due to his behavior, without them taking any responsibility for their lack of professionalism, their lack of structure for welcoming new children, and their inability to handle children who were struggling to adjust to a new environment in less than a week. They simply stopped providing service without even allowing a reasonable amount of time before making such a drastic decision -- only 3 days. My son is a child who has received a high level of care and love at home, and from the moment he entered this daycare he didn't feel accepted. The teachers expected him to follow the same routine as the other children, who had already been there for a while. He had just turned two years old a month earlier, and this whole process was completely new to him. Expecting him to adapt within three days is something not even an adult manages in weeks. They made no effort whatsoever to help integrate him -- they simply isolated him from the group. What kind of care is this? Are they actually qualified to care for children? My biggest complaint is that Little Leaves is not prepared to properly welcome children. A new child needs support from the teacher, a proper welcome into a new environment, and an appropriate integration into a group he doesn't know -- exactly as they described it to us when they were offering us on the service, which turned out to be completely false. My son, who is a very sweet child, exhibited behavior he doesn't show at home: he was erratic, pulled hair, and bit -- things he doesn't normally do -- and suddenly, in this new environment, he did them repeatedly. This makes me think he wasn't being treated properly; no person changes so radically from one environment to another without a reason. Contrary to what I expected, all I received were complaints. They had me fill out a report that they didn't explain properly, and at no point did they guide me through the process. One of the teachers had the recklessness to say they needed to "keep the rest of the children in the room safe" -- an extremely strong and alarming comment, considering they are dealing with children, not criminals. It's one of the most irresponsible statements I've ever heard from an education professional. To the owner, I recommend reviewing your processes for welcoming new children, being transparent about expectations and the center's limitations, and better training your staff on how to communicate with parents. I feel deeply disappointed by the treatment we received and by the unpleasant experience I went through. Who can determine a child's behavior in just three days? How would you feel if one of your own children were treated this way?

The teachers and staff are super friendly, patient and loving. Special thanks to Ms Gloria who is always great at communication of all the needs & concerns we have! We love you, Ms Gloria! They send the pictures and daily reports (with potty time) every day, which is super helpful for first-time parents! And they even helped potty training for the kids (thank god!). During Covid, there are very strict Covid protocols in place (mask mandate, cleaning, no parents at the class room, etc). As someone who is more cautious and still doesn't feel comfortable with indoor dining with mask off, I trust Ms Gloria and teachers at Kiddie since they follow the Covid protocols very well. Now that my kid has graduated from Kiddie, I am planning to send her back during future summer/winter breaks. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends as well!

My 2 year old was coming home starving, despite sending him to school with a lot of his favorite foods. His lunch bag would be full at the end of the day. The staff said he was refusing to eat but he would point and grunt at his lunch bag as soon as he saw his lunch bag when I picked him up. He would take food out of lunch bag and eat the entire drive home. My completely potty trained 3 year old started having accidents, they lost his urine soaked sneakers and shorts for 2 days. Then those shoes and shorts had to be thrown away because I couldn't get the urine smell out. The place is disgusting, filthy dirty. The entryway floods every time it rains and smells like mold. If you look at the wood around the door frames, it's obvious that the space has flooded many times. Communication was awful. I would get little to no information about my 3 year old. I wouldn't know if he napped or for how long. I never knew if he was having bowel movements. Several of the staff members did not speak English. Many kids would be crying in the parking lot and not wanting to go into the building. An obvious sign that even the kids didn't like going there. Do not send you children here.
