As a parent, finding a daycare you can truly trust is priceless--and My Magic World Daycare has…read moreexceeded all of our expectations. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to each child's growth and well-being. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and supported. The owner, Georgina, creates a safe, fun, and educational environment where kids are encouraged to learn, play, and thrive. The bilingual program is also a huge plus, helping children become more confident and well-rounded. My child looks forward to going every day, which speaks volumes! If you're looking for a daycare that treats your children like family, this is the place. I highly recommend My Magic World Daycare to any parent searching for a reliable, loving, and professional childcare provider.

As the new year is just around the corner so is a new look on My Magic World Daycare!…read more With new management, There is a new approach to My Magic World Daycare. The teachers are warm and inviting and truly care about their little ones daily needs as well as looking into the future and preparing them for the next step. Curriculum is being updated and teachers are attending trainings and 1 on 1 assistance with their lesson plans. The four season porch is absolutely unique and something I have never seen in a daycare. The children are able to experience all elements without getting muddy and bit by mosquitoes. They're able to watch and listen to the rain coming down as well as enjoying the beauty of the ground getting covered with a blanket of white snow.

10/10 highly recommend brighter beginnings! My daughter…read morestarted here at 3 months old and I couldn't be happier with the experience we have had room 3 (the infant room) MS VIRGEN is amazing! Our daughter has such a strong bond with her and is always happy and smiling when I pick her up at the end of the day, Ms Virgen truly treats those babies as if they were her own and I couldn't have asked for anything better! Her and Nicole (who is also amazing!) read books to the babies, do arts and crafts, and make sure all babies get equal love and attention. The room is cleaned daily and their sick policies protect our little ones from spreading illnesses. They have a huge fenced in backyard with play structures and activities for the older kids. They frequently take the babies on walks with strollers. They also post the cutest pictures on their daycare app, which is nice to see while you are away from your child. Lily is awesome and runs a great facility. She is easy to work with and has always accommodated our needs without issue. My boyfriend and I both cried on our daughter's last day here (due to relocation). It was truly heartbreaking leaving this place behind as we knew how loved and well taken care of our daughter was in their care. I have nothing but great things to say and if you get lucky enough to send your child here, I promise you and your kiddo will be more than pleased with your experience

They were very flexible with our needs, during a difficult transition through relocation/new jobs. Our son was enthusiastic about going to daycare each day and loved the teachers and friends he made. Stay away if your child needs a PT. Hire some external person or contact any other organisation who…read moreis doing PT because their start day will be delayed forever. First they ask for the first meeting about paperwork, then they offer some evaluation which lasts for hours for a little baby( my daughter was 10 months) and they still put her through all parts of their survey though we had just issues with back muscles. Not really a big issue. And Surprise!!! Their survey was focused on speech and overall development, they did not even have PT specialist with them. Another week passed, then they called telling me that another meeting required as they found PT. Third meeting, no program is started. So value your time and family! Stay away from them! I can't imagine families where kids require PT asap and have more issues have to go through all these with no result. Why they are even getting payment for that? This organisation should be eliminated, I don't want to pay any money from my tax or my insurance for this bullshit.

Single fathers and stay-at-home dads beware!!!! We were…read moreworking with Thom since December 2017 with no issues. On Thursday June 14, 2018 I (the mom)received a phone call at work (which should be for emergency calls only) from management at Thom addressing complaints we made 6/12/18 about one of their physical therapists [PT]. Thom admitted they did not want to include my husband in the conversation and had purposely sidestepped him. This PT had been coming to our home and raising her voice at our son consistently, and we requested a new PT work with him. Initially, this seemed ok, they were going to assign a new PT. However, 5 days (3 business days) later, and after just 1 more home visit from the Occupational Therapist [OT], on Tuesday 6/19/18, after working with them 6 month with no issues or complaints about us, they called me at work again (purposely sidestepping my husband with their divide-and-conquer technique, so that he could not defend himself) to tell me that my husband had suddenly been sexually inappropriate and verbally aggressive (which he thoroughly denies), and told us that our 2 year old would be discharged from Thom services. Thom admitted that he had not threatened any physical harm, and the described complaints sounded like sexually inappropriate jokes, not threats (which, again, he denies); in addition to his reiterating not to call me at work if it was not an emergency ... aka, verbal aggression. I would like to add at this point, my husband and 2 year old are never alone with the therapists: In addition to living in a well-populated Springfield neighborhood, my 22 year old son, and 23 year old daughter were always present during Thom visits. Also, my son had all female workers with Reach Early Intervention [EI] for 13 months, Shriners for 8 months, and has had a female PCP and Neurologist -all who work(ed) with my husband--with no complaints against him. I would also like to add that my husband is disabled: he has chronic back & hip pain, sciatica, diabetes, hypertension, and had a heart attack 2.5 years ago. He is a former Navy Seal with some depression, but no aggressive behaviors. He has had some sexual dysfunction--which is well documented with doctors--including low testosterone, and it took us 2 years to conceive our son because of this. Additionally, as a rideshare driver, and having worked with children in college, he has had multiple CORI checks (as have I, as an RN), and neither of us have any criminal record. Additionally we both have histories of childhood sexual abuse, making their frivolous claims offensive. This is the man they are accusing of being sexually inappropriate ... Thom made the offer 6/19 that I, not my husband, could continue services by taking my son to their office 2 - 3 days a week. This would not work as I am the main source of income, and work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. We contacted a very nice lady at the Department of Public Health, but unfortunately she could not help us in the end, as Thom apparently operates outside US and MA law, and has to answer to no one when they discharge innocent children based on he said / she said complaints that cannot be proven either way, in their effort to step back into the pre 1960's and force moms to stay home and oversee their children with services, as they attempt to hop on the #metoo bandwagon and become untouchable with their unsubstantiated and preposterous complaints of sexual harassment. In addition, we contacted the main MA Early Intervention offices in Boston, and they never even responded. They next harassed me (again at work) Thursday 6/28/18 to offer to have family or friends bring our son to services 2 - 3 days / week. This could not happen either as all our family & friends are 50+ miles away - and they were aware of this, as I had told them multiple times where we had recently moved from, and that we had lived there most of our lives. Since this last option would not work, I was notified that our son's services were hereby cancelled immediately. Thom has effectively & thoroughly failed our innocent toddler thanks to their vengeful attitudes. As a side note: when the new EI service came to evaluate him, the woman stated that they get a lot of Thom children with comments on referrals such as "difference of opinion", or similar. I wonder how many men they do this to, and what untouchable excuse they have when they drop children from services because of differences with the mother. They have bordered on harassment, defamation, intentional misrepresentation, and unethical behavior ... to name a just few.
