I think that's fair considering the place smells and people usually bring in a lot of cans. I didn't have a lot of cans so after I separated them into these trays the employee was able to quickly count them and hand me a receipt. I then scanned the receipt at another station and my money was automatically dispensed. There is a sink inside but there is no soap. There is hand sanitizer and paper towels, however. Im not sure if RR provides disposable gloves, so it's best to bring your own just in case.

Their pricing just continues to get higher and higher. We pay much less with our new company and the customer service is excellent. I have been there only a couple times; the first time I didn't weigh the material I was dropping off , and when I Looked at the receipt it all seemed ok. The second time I weighed everything with my own scale before I stopped by. As soon as I got there, I told them what I had and they proceeded to put the materials on their scale. At that moment I got a little distracted and didn't pay much attention to the numbers the came up with. It wasn't until I saw my receipt when I noticed that they only put less than half of the material weight compared to what I got with my own scale. I talked to them about it, and they took care of it right away, supposedly they got a couple numbers mixed up. I know that we'll make mistakes at some point, but if we don't have an idea of much materials we're bringing in, how will we catch this mistakes ?.......
