You will not be disappointed. A million thanks to the Innovated staff!

A small boutique agency that really toes the extra mile. Sue was so nice to work with, she really kept me in the loop every step of the way. I met her in person at the office. The process was easy. I love that they use ADP and I can electronically put in my hours from home or at work. I'm not sure of the prior experience of a prior disgruntled employeewith her issues with pay but my experience is you get your hours in by the deadline, you get paid on time. If you don't, you have to wait until the next pay period. I've never had any issues with my pay from them but I always report on time and they send a nice reminder out to you as well! The only negative is that they don't offer benefits for a temp assignment but I was converted quickly to a perm employee so I have benefits via the company.

After running into so many that didn't…read moreseem to have my best interests at heart, I wasn't sure working with one would lead anywhere meaningful. But Emily Cullen at The Larko Group completely changed that perception. After having a baby, I wasn't actively planning to return to work and was hesitant about re-entering the workforce with a gap in my work history. But Emily saw potential in me that I hadn't yet recognized in myself. She connected me with an opportunity at a medical device manufacturing startup in an operations and administrative role. Following the company's acquisition in 2024, I stayed on--what began as a leap of faith ultimately became the catalyst for a long-term career path. Since then, I've grown into a mid-level corporate role with exciting opportunities ahead in the medical device and technology industry. I'm incredibly grateful to Emily Cullen and The Larko Group for helping me take such a major step forward. If you're hesitant about working with recruiters, just know there are genuine professionals out there--and Emily is one of them. Great value and while it takes effort to apply and evalutate your skill and experience the return on your investment is high. I can't recommend her and The Larko Group enough!

I cannot overemphasize the quality, professionalism and attentiveness of The Chicago Hire Company…read more Within days of submitting my application they connected me with several companies with whom I got interviews. Before each interview, they sent me a very thorough prep-sheet. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me getting to know my preferences and career goals. They made contact with me before and after every interview to provide guidance and process the experience. I know they are super busy, but it felt like I was their only client. Also, there was a sense of fun about working with them! I'd utilized three other recruiting agencies before I found them and I'd come to expect poor service and constant checking in to remind them to work for you. My experience at The Chicago Hire Company was completely different. They are excellent and I can't recommend them enough!
