We go big on birthday celebrations in our house so when I first heard about Card My Yard knew my…read morekiddos would love it. I also knew my husband would hate the obnoxiousness of it, but...not his bday ;) Jen sets the cards up late at night (around 10pm). She was so quiet that I would never know she was there except when my ring went off when she left something at our door, but fortunately didn't wake the kids so it was still a surprise for them. When my daughter woke up on her 9th bday we started her annual bday scavenger hunt where she finds the same # of gifts as her age. It seemed like a great idea when I started this tradition at age 2 and I couldn't quite imagine having a 9 year old. I hid one of the gifts in the mailbox outside so she could see the sign in all its glory. Her mouth dropped open and she quickly forgot about her scavenger hunt and insisted on taking a billion pics in front of her new sign. She loved it even more when the school bus stopped at her house and everyone started singing happy birthday because of the sign. All day long I received many texts saying how cool the sign was and wishing my daughter a happy birthday. As someone who loves attention and her bday my daughter couldn't have been more thrilled. And I think she was sad when Jen took the sign away that night since that meant her favorite day of the year had ended. A few weeks later my son celebrated his 7th birthday. He asked me everyday leading up to his bday if he could get a sign too...and how could I resist. I put him to bed the night before his birthday, but later found him watching the set up from his window because he was too excited to sleep. So it wasn't as much of a surprise for him, but he was still just as excited the next morning. And the next week my other son turned 4! November/December is a busy time in my house! This time i skipped the sign thinking if you can't read...no sign! However, when he woke up the next morning and realized he didn't get a sign like his sister and brothers burst into tears. And so next year they'll be signs for everyone! It's such a fun way to make kids (or even adults) feel extra special on their bday. And I've seen even more of these during our current quarantine situation due to Covid-19. Highly recommend her services now and always!

Colleen came and helped us and was, as usual, full of advice and non-judgmental guidance. Second was over the phone- in my professional life. Not only is she smart, fun and energetic--- she is such a positive person! While I insist I have issues, she kept reminding me that there "is nothing wrong with [me]"/my thinking but that we can just change the processes and behaviors..... Regarding my house: she used some professional organizing "science" to evaluate where things should go. I've used organizers before, and *people* there is a reason they are professionals! oh my goodness... it's been 1.5 years since we organized my house, and it stays clean because there really is a "place for everything, so everything is in it's place"! She will not push you to throw things away, if you are worried of that. She works at your pace... tho you will be surprised how much you can get done in just a few hours. Regarding my professional stuff: she helped me narrow down my goal, and put into place a plan of action. For example, rather than assessing a problem and giving me a solution, she asked me questions to find the right solution *for me*. While I spoke, she -really- listened and then pulled out phrases I repeated, analogies I made, and then we dove deeper into the root of that thinking, and put into place action plans to improve. Actually, she also sent me some "homework" inbetween calls, where I could select 3 of 10 things to work on inbetween appointments. My choice! Her pricing is suuuper reasonable, and sign up for her emails and she often has specials. She also teaches a lot of classes for organizations and community centers-- so watch her calendar and attend the free ones! Really people SO WORTH IT. Cannot recommend this service enough. Eat in rather than dine out, and apply those funds to organizing your life. You will be so much happier.

Out of the blue Marilyn Johnson from Digital Worxx called me telling me I needed a website. But I have nothing to put on the website. But more importantly she was like family. I felt she really cared. The website She created was hosted By go daddy. It was nothing but problems and nothing but bills one bill one after another and no problems were ever solved I left them and Bryant from Digital Worxx promised me they could service my website. They worked directly with my insurance company to make them aware of all of the hail damage to my house and was straight forward in what would be covered and what would not. When we reviewed the estimate from the insurance company together, they had plans to maximize what we were getting and provided options to help reduce my out-of-pocket expenses. We went with their roofing company and they waive their 10% adjuster fee and I'm very glad I did. Their roofing team was very professional and took their time to do the work correctly even with venting changes I made. The material used was top of the line and they worked with me until I was completely satisfied before they left. They even came back (after they were paid) and replaced the roof vents that I wasn't happy with in a week. I seen other neighbors go with other companies and the quality of the materials and installation were well below what was done on my house. I highly recommend Frontline Adjusters.

Fine work, whatever crew they got there to do that. But.... Then the siding guy came and poked holes in my 2 week old roof because he used a pump jack system for my 1 story house. Totally wrong system to use. He poked holes on every side of the house and bent the drip edge to hell. When I contacted Frontline with pictures. I was told "that's common practice and the crew will seal it when done. No problems" That's not how any of this works. The underlayment cannot be sealed again. The shingle cannot be made whole again. Squirting some Black Jack is not a "seal". That is a bandaid. And we all know bandaid fall off eventually. The response to the drip edge being bent up was "that is a gutter skirt and will be flattened when gutters are installed." Mfer, the integrity of that metal is compromised now the drip edge is bent. They'll get you the money. Just keep it and hire someone yourself. You'll never get quality work out of anyone they hire because they hire the lowest bidder and pocket the rest. Edit: added photos and fixed typo. Maybe add more later when they finish
