So quick, I was still on the phone with my insurance. I called back, and they told me a car would be available at 4pm the day of. I get there on time and within about 5 minutes I was out of there in a rental for the coverage of my insurance. Once my vehicle was ready, I called to see how I would go about returning the car. Mike said, "just drop it off at the shop and we will send someone to get it there. No worries. We will call you once we have the vehicle and let you know that all checked out when we inspect the car". He later called me and said everything was good and that if I needed anything else to call them. Fast, convenient and friendly! I left with great impression!
