I'm so happy with my colour and cut. The staff have a fantastic sense of humour, warm and highly professional. The price point is also very reasonable. There's an amazing community vibe about the salon. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

The problem was more with the customer service when I called the next day to see if they had CCTV in the salon, because I was concerned about some property (cash) that had gone missing from inside my purse between where I parked my car to go into the salon, and when I went to pay for the service. The manager I spoke to accused me of lying, raised his voice at me and implied I was crazy for simply asking them to look into it. I even told him I didn't expect any money back (obviously I didn't have proof and don't expect them to just hand over cash on my say so) I just wanted to investigate so I could return with some confidence that my belongings were safe/my concerns were taken seriously. I paid nearly $300 to have the pleasure of being treated like garbage and as though I was a a criminal trying to fraudulently get money out of them - despite me not asking for a dime! I will never return to this salon, and while I won't make any complaints about the work of the stylist, and of course wouldn't hold the missing cash against them with no proof, I wouldn't be comfortable returning there, lest I get the same awful treatment should ever have a complaint or concern.

They gave me a good wash, but then sat me down with a first year apprentice who did her best but the service took twice as long as it usually takes and did not last more than 24 hours. Normally lasts me around 3 days. Then when it came time to pay, I was charged considerably more (for the apprentice). When I queried the difference, I was told that a blow dry with a round brush costs more than one without! No concession for palming me off to an apprentice or taking much longer to finish the job. No. I would not go back here again. If you can't quote for a simple job, and you charge a (new) client MORE than the quote AND palm them of to a 1st year apprentice - you don't need the business or recommendations for your business.
