Will is strongly focused on ensuring the customer is happy with his service. Willie has cleaned both an Airbnb for my real estate team, as well as my personal home, and he's done an excellent job with both. He's reasonable with pricing, detailed in his work, and communicates efficiently. I plan to hire him again to clean both. I'm so happy to have found his services in Nashville! read more

I purchased a Groupon from Just Clean and spent two weeks trying to call, text, or e-mail to schedule an appointment for a detail and have never heard back a single time. I lost my down payment on the Groupon as a result, despite trying several different methods and being very patient to hear back. It's disappointing, because reviews suggest service would be good, but I can't rate service that I don't receive. read more

I honestly don't know where to start. Service was advertised as a full-on deep clean, but as far as I can tell, consisted of Willie making my bed and spraying Febreze throughout the house. On the day of, Willie called at the time of the appointment and refused to begin until he'd been paid. I skeptically obliged, then 45 minutes later received a text: "you are done", accompanied by about a dozen extremely blurry/dark pictures of different rooms in my house, none of which indicated that any cleaning had been done. I replied asking for better pictures, but never got a response. When I finally got home, I kinda just laughed? Dust and cobwebs still on surfaces/in corners, clothes and other items that had been on the floor stuffed into trash bags and stacked inside closets, and a note on my kitchen counter thanking me for my business. I texted Willie, saying this was obviously not satisfactory and requesting some kind of refund. No response. Texted and emailed the next day, and the next, and the next. Nothing. Not really a big "online review" kinda guy but I felt obligated to inform anyone else who might be considering this absolute scam of an operation. read more
