BEWARE! I booked this for my wedding, 4 hour package for $700. After about 1.5hrs the machine broke down and we were told it would be fixed in 5 mins. Half an hour later it was working again, but then broke down shortly after. i would estimate it was broken for almost half the night. Everytime i grabbed a friend to get photos with, i was told '5 mins'.
They only got it working again just before midnight so i could get one photo with my husband before they left.
After 2 months and 5 harassing emails later, I eventually received the disk of the photos that were taken. A loose disk arrived in a postpak, no case, no label to indicate what it was. I can only assume the disk held most of the photos because i know of at least one photo from the night that was not on the disk.
Stay right away, even if they are a little bit cheaper than some other companies, its not worth it if the machine will be broken for half the night. read more
