History
Established in 2025.
In 2009, a serious fall at work changed the course of my life. What followed was a long and frustrating search for answers, filled with setbacks and a healthcare system that often seemed to offer more prescriptions than solutions. But in 2011, everything began to change when I found an incredible rehabilitation team who helped me achieve what doctors once said was impossible: walking again without assistance.
Since that turning point, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the body, recovery, and resilience—not just for my own healing, but to help others do the same. Now, as a certified personal trainer, my mission is clear: to help people avoid injuries, recover stronger, and stay healthy—whether you’re an athlete, healing from surgery, or simply committed to staying active and independent for life

Hello, my name is Jax, and I'm excited to be joining this community as a personal trainer and wellness guide. My passion lies in helping others discover the tools they need to achieve their goals—not just physically, but mentally and
emotionally as well.
As someone who has lived with chronic pain and navigated the challenges of overprescribed medications and surgery-centered care, I deeply understand that every body and mind is different. That’s why I focus on individualized approaches that work with your body’s natural movement—helping you build strength, improve flexibility, boost cardiovascular health, and most importantly, feel empowered in your own skin.
In addition to physical training, I also offer guided meditation and beginner-friendly relaxation yoga to support the connection between mind and body. These practices help release tension, clear mental space, and create a strong foundation for personal success.
