Acceptable enough but not for the prices you pay for the subscription. I had the subscription for over a year to keep the cost down. It's more expensive without the subscription. I wouldn't recommend this place. I've had the same quality haircuts at a Hair Cuttery and Great Clips since then. Vibe - The vibe is alright. I did enjoy the complimentary drink every time I visited (courtesy of my subscription). There are TVs you can watch on silent. There's the latest radio hits playing on the speaker. The chairs are newer and not entirely uncomfortable. The vibe in the nail salon portion of the establishment is more private and laid back with access to communal headsets to hear the TVs above your chair. The sofa seats in the section, however, aren't that comfortable. The vibe in the restroom is a 10/10. Service - The service varies. In the year+ that I came here monthly, I encountered friendly, average, cold, standoffish, adequate and warm. Additional Notes - I do not recommend the nail salon portion of the services. I got many a pedicure and manicure in the time I was coming here and I just never felt like the mani-pedi was any better than what I could do myself at home. I've had exponentially better mani-pedis at other salons. I did really enjoy how clean the restrooms were here above all else.

The hair cut was great, the hair wash was great, the hot towel was cool, and the message or massage was pretty neat...I usually get the Triple Play but this time the MVP was pretty sweet. I'm happy to have found Mike because his business is all of these things. I like having the ability to set an appointment through Art Gallery Image Studio site. You can select the date and the time that's most convenient. This means a lot because I'm a technical guy and value my time. In the past it's been annoying to have to spend all day at a barbershop waiting for a chair to open up or arrive at your appointment time and still wait for over an hour. Even if he's not ready right at my appointment time, I've never had to wait more than 15 mins or so. I don't need anything complicated as I'm bald with a beard. However, I've grown my beard out and I'm very particular about how it's lined up and shaped. Mike has taken the time to listen and get to know me and does exactly what I'm looking for.
