The young girls were nice and did their best so no complaints there. However, backyard toilet with no hand washing on site. Dirty premises. Clearly dirty slippers. Felt like I was lying on a towel that had been there all day. Same with the one used to rap my hair. Sorry - I'd be surprised if Carnation Beauty actually met any Victorian OH&S standards at all. Do not like leaving bad reviews so again, apologies to the young girls doing their jobs.

Might as well not have had anti-wrinkle injection, as the word "anti-wrinkle" says it all. Anyway, now, 4 months later, I can frown to about 80% and raise my eye brows. I have had botox before and the effects were great and lasted a year. I am really disappointed and definitely will not be going back. I believe I was ripped off. I purchased one of the packages with the fillers but was a waste of money and $1,100 down the drain. Rip-off definitely. Not recommended!!!! Stay away!! I didn't like how the doctor kept trying to sell me his skin care products. Felt very pressured. I also only wanted anti-wrinkle treatment but ended up paying extra for fillers. They really pressure you into buying their products and treatments. I walked away feeling less confident and feeling I had more issues with my face that needed fixing.

With questions about my diet, water intake, sensitivity and the skincare products I currently use, Lindy built up a profile and made up an organic, vegan-friendly treatment with fresh, raw ingredients. While I lay warm and relaxed in the softly lit room, Lindy applied, smoothed and massaged the treatment over my face, neck and shoulders. I pretty much fell into a deeply relaxed state which is about as common for me as having a bank call to offer a refund of fees. Once it was over, Lindy offered me another glass of water while I recovered and gave me samples of the organic skin care range she carries. I left in a blissed-out state and floated home to an amazing, restful sleep. The next day I had so many compliments on my skin and didn't need to wear more than a tinted moisturiser for makeup for the rest of the week. I'm super impressed and figuring out how to work regular facials into my budget. For 90 minutes, I found the prices very reasonable and on the low side compared to the $/min of other salons.
