My appointment was rescheduled two times with less than 24hour notice, I had to wait when I got there and Sarah ate a bag of chips during my first session with her. Her daughter who manages the appointments is beyond rude and feels nothing but entitlement. They have no interest in helping others, but only looking for a paycheck. They love to talk about money from the moment you get in, throughout your sessions, and at the very end. There is never a follow-up, and there is zero compassion from Sarah, Amanda, and the rest of her Staff. In addition, if you plan on going through a outpatient program here, be aware even the Counselors have nothing but horrible things to say about Amanda and Sarah. I do not have one positive thing to review about the staff, program, and environment of this place. Please listen to this warning and find another place to support you and/or your family members. It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I've taken advantage of 3 more follow up sessions and are scheduled for another this weekend. Elisa is kind, open, accepting and a GREAT LISTENER! She facilitates the small groups so well that I feel comfortable right away. I am not the fittest person and in those groups, I feel accepted and accepting of my self! What a blessing! I am so glad I found Elisa - She truly has a great gift.
