The last mover I used left us with several broken items, held the second truck up for two weeks, and gave us a miserable moving experience. This time we chose Fernando Movers based on yelp ratings. Fernando himself came out to assess for the estimate, later given to us by Belkis, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. The moving crew that took care of us was friendly and very helpful. Obviously, they are very well trained. They took care to wrap all of the furniture and or cover with moving blankets. They even took my desk apart and reassembled it in my new office. Every container was marked with which room it should go to, and they delivered every piece of furniture and every container properly. If they weren't sure or had a question about something, they came to me to ask. The moving day went very smoothly. Then they really knocked my socks off. Belkis informed me that the cost of the move came in less that what they had estimated, even though they needed a second truck. They refunded me the difference no questions asked! What other moving company would do this? I found them to be very honest, efficient, and well trained. All in all, the best moving experience ever. I will use them again should the need arise.
